It may sound great but I have easily done that before, so this is the injury healing. I wonder if Ghenerate has anything to do with the healing process because I was aching in my shoulder on bench, incl bench, military . . . now I can get good #s on my mil press without any pain, while inc bench is feeling pretty good . . . not 100% but with these #s I am happy because I was going quite light before, like 135 on bench and that was only 6 PAINFUL reps.

Maybe I will rest the shoulder and drop benching all together, chest has always been my strong point. People comment on my nice rack, maybe they are B cups not sure:wtf1:.

I would run GHenerate with M1D, Igh-1, mmv2 then PCT with GHenerate, T911 and Anadraulic State and Igh1. That would be insane. Even in PCT you shuld gain solid lbs! I'd say a 8 weeker on that would give you insane gains. Eating right, Id back myself to gain 10+lbs on that stack.

So, did you research real ghrp-2 and if so, have you had any of those same side effects whether good or not so good?

From what I have found this is on par for what is expected from LG Sciences and similar to ghrp-2.

One of the major factors of actual ghrp-2 an increase in appetite. Have you noticed this? It would be somewhere in the 25%+ mark, I believe.

ALWAYS hungry. I am hungry while I finish a big meal, I am hungry 1/2 hr later . . . I am always hungry. Scan my posts, I know I mention this.

Two biggest things I notice are hunger and sleep quality, and dont forget the workout endurance!

Weird that I barely gained any wt, but def feel bigger. I can tell with certain clothing and how it fits. Some jeans that are slim fit (not skinny jeans!) are too tight but were fine not too long ago. Also, some shirt sleeves are super tight yet fit fine about a month ago.

Hopefully this shows in the pics but it doesnt seem that obvious, other than the way clothes are fitting.

Aiming at a lean bulk, so wasnt expecting a huge wt gain. I was gaining and then I had a bad 1 1/2 weeks with soooo many long days, 12-14 hrs so diet got screwed! eating crap food as I got home at 9pm with barely any breaks in the day for a good meal.

Once volleyball and soccer are finished at the beginning of Nov I will be better off, more time to keep on track. If I run M1D/Anadraulic State I will def be going for a bulk diet, just slow and steady gains so minimal fat loss.

Outstanding..sometimes im the same way..my shirts will feel tighter, thats a sign right there;)..I get worried when the pants are kinda tight:lol:

It sounds funny but these jeans fit nicely, then were saggy (I know, that's the style), now they are too tight. Not bragging about wearing skinny jeans or girl jeans but it is an observation.

MY PANTS ARE TOO TIGHT! Not in the waist, but in the thigh and buttocks!

Thanks for reading up! #106 is based on a website that describes GHRP2 so I just commented on its effects that I have experienced. My workout updates give details about my workout experience and day-to-day experience.

Sleep has been one of the best effects as I fall asleep quickly and wake up refreshed.

So sad as this comes closer to the end. I may have enough for a couple more days because I may have not worked out as often as the other guys, so only once a day dosing until this past weekend.

Supps:

Workout: chest/biceps
  • Pull-ups 3x10 at BW, will add 10 lbs next time

  • SS-Skullcrushers 2x105x10 1x85x10
  • SS-Close GripBench 2x105x10 1x85x10
  • Tri Ext 3x20x15

Focus: nice attitude adjustment as I got to the gym, as always felt ready to go and work hard.

Strength: feeling more confident each week in upping the wt. Didnt want to push too much on deads because I will be dead if I push it.

Recovery: between sets was fast as usual, shared the rack with someone so he got in his set then I jumped in quickly. long term is good on my chest and bis from Sat, my biceps were tight and pumped on Sunday but not really sore.

Sleep: good as always, still doesnt feel like a deep sleep but truly relaxed. still wake up without an issue and fall asleep in 5-10 minutes

Vascularity/Pump: tris were flushed and tight, noticed some striations in upper chest/neck/shoulders as I strained on deads.

Didnt lean out too much because my damn sched and not time to eat properly. It happens a couple times a year and sneaks up on me. I notice the striations while working out , you know that pumped look/feel. I noticed the separation in my chest post w/o also. Wt has been pretty steady, I may have added 3-4 lbs. I will check that ASAP.

Though the wt may not have changed much but I know my shirts fit tighter and my flexed bicep went from 15.25 to 15.75 over the month of Ghenerate. I am also noticing more muscle hardness over the past week and my wife said my legs were looking fuller.

I have 2-3 more days I think, may not have had as many w/o as the younger guys, I usually get 3-4 per week.

Final review

Sorry, pics were deleted off the camera, my wife thought I had uploaded them onto computer and she was using it for work. Guess she didnt want her colleagues to see how lucky she is!

LG's statement of Ghenerate's effects:

~Increase feeling of well being~
when I hit the gym after the dosing I felt great, almost invincible. It was borderline aggression with a some confidence. I was definitely mentally motivated to work hard and push some weight.

~Increased recovery~
Over time I felt that DOMS were decreasing, it took about 2 weeks to notice this. I "felt" the muscle group but it was not sore and achy. Between set recovery was incredible after 2-3 days dosing. I almost had to force myself to rest between sets. Workouts were faster than ever as I moved from set to set quickly.
*a bad shoulder/clavicle area that had bothered me all summer has improved quickly over the Ghenerate usage. At first I could only go super light on military press and bench press and still was in pain. At the end I was back to full strength on both lifts with minimal discomfort.

~Better Sleep~

This was instant results! I fell asleep within 5-10 minutes of my bedtime dosing. This is quit unusual because it takes me a long time time to get relaxed and fall asleep, at least 45 mins to 1 hour. I slept soundly but not deep, I was relaxed throughout my sleep but never got into vivid dreams. I did wake up each day refreshed, usually without my alarm. Again, this is rare because I am NOT a morning person and hit the snooze a million times. Now that I am finished with Ghenerate I am up watching tv in bed and hitting the snooze, I woke up late today.

~Increased Focus~

Focus in the gym was incredible, I was motivated on each set and set my rep goal in head and achieved it.

~FAT LOSS~
I was beginning to notice my upper abs a little better . . . until my schedule hammered me with long days and then my diet suffered.

Other Observations

~Strength~
This seems to have increased nicely as my lifts increased significantly with just a basic supplement regiment.

~Flavor~
It was a nice melon flavor, very mild. Definitely something that most would enjoy.

Comments: I will definitely be buying this upon release, I did exactly what it was supposed to do. I can only imagine this stacked with a test booster or a PH or used in PCT. And long term use (8-12 weeks) would only increase the positive effects.

Rating: 10/10 Ghenerate did everything it was supposed to and my workouts were excellent while using basic supps. As most would agree, this is not going to work magic but stacked would make the effects of the test booster/ph amplified.
 
Nice log man, gaining .5 inches to the biceps is amazing for 30 days, a gain like that can take someone a whole year, very solid, very impressed!
