P-Slin w/ Waxy maize starch?

Will this work or does it have to be complex carbs such as oats? I know this has been addressed but I'm wondering about WMS w/ Extend preworkout, as I can't eat a whole meal at work before i hit the gym.

Also how about using OMEGA ONE with P-Slin? Thoughts?

Just to clear confusion:

I reccomend complex carbs regardless except for small exceptions like pre and post workout. Nutrition is variable and adjustable to the scenario.

I reccomend complex carbs over simple sugars with or without AP.

IF you like to use sugars or WMS incorporating AP into the meal is a smart choice.
 
Hey just to help clear up some stuff. I know that Waximaize is a complex carb powder drink and all. But how many carbs are there per serving and how many servings are there because its nowhere listed at any site.
Also with AP and PSlin, is it a good idea to use something like WaxiMaize randomly throughout the day or right before (or after) AP or PSlin dosage?

You will want to take Anabolic Pump/P-Slin 15 minutes before consuming WMS.

In my opinion, I would not use WMS randomly through out the day; rather, eat your oats and whole wheat breads. Have a great day,

besides oats and bread what would be the next best thing. cant eat oats or bread (allergic). I thought i was told that wms would be fine. would it be less effective with wms? any advice?

It's not, I would not suggest Malto because of its high gi load unless based around a specific training goal.

Supplementation is diet dependant aswell.

If you can tolerate high gi loads than using AP will amplify the experience.
 
My new fav complex carb is Healthy Harvest whole grain pasta I found at Walmart. Main ingredients are whole grain wheat, whole grain brown rice and whole grain oats. There is a little cane sugar in it (around 2gms per serving) All in all this along with olive oil and garlic rules the world lol.

I tried it yesterday. It took 42 tsp to make up 100g carbs. And it was a very chalky taste. The pump came around 1.5 hours after carb intake and it looked kinda nice. Going to be trying yams today tho.

The pump comes about 1.5 hours for myself aswell.
 
My favorite so far is the chest w/o after taking this...by far. Awesome fullness. I took it yesterday before a long cardio session and after I was done my hip flexors which sticking out soo much. it was ridiculous. look foward to the results im going to get with this.

Waxy Maize (35-50 g) is insane with AP!!!! Haven't had a chance yet to try it with PSlin but hoping to when I get some. Crazy combo though!!!!:head:

Duuuudddeee waxy maize with pslin is SIIICCCKK!! I take about 60-90gmw waxy maize 15 mins after pslin and about an hr after did arms, WOW. Veins everyone, sick pump, and that sweet dry gritty swole up look! Ull love it bro! Pslin before, and AP after!!! :cheers:
 
Tried it with a lot turkey and baked beans. Got a nice pump and feeling very full. My arms have also become more vascular and Im not cutting so Pslin is doin somethin here.

Here's something I've been wondering - I'm assuming the scoop size is the same that comes w/ the proteins.. My WMS from NP didn't have a scoop, so I've been guessing. How many of those scoops would come up to the 90g of WMS? I'm dying to get these sick pumps & veins like the rest of all of you!! I already have some good ones in the guns, but I'm looking for more!!!!:bb3:

I believe 1/4 cup= something like 30g
 
I have a question for my wife - what's giving me the nasty gas???? The house stinks! So does my truck now... Is it the WMS or the slin????
