Tuesday: 6/7/11 Back/Bis/Traps
I didn't write down things, but I'll just say the highest from memory.
Also given my schedule, I can only go like an hour/hour and a half before the finals game, and since majority of folks here are mavs fans, they also show up. Not to mention that it's basically primetime as well at 630 PM...so gym is crowded, and stations are not available. So I was doing roughly 5 sets or so on anything I could get my hands on.

I also did that giant 9,8,7...1 rep scheme on curls as described a few posts above.
Wednesday: Took off due to preventing injury
Yesterday was supposed to be dedicated to shoulders, but given the beating on monday (chest) and tuesday, I felt my right shoulder's nagging injury and tendon problems coming back. I decided to be smart about things and take the day off and do legs today (Thursday) so that my shoulders get a 72 hour rest from tuesday's workout to Friday's workout.
Thursday 6/9/11 Legs
I was excited about legs all day, just wanted out of school all day and couldn't wait to get into the gym.
Unfortunately, game 5 was tonight and I ran into the same problem as tuesday....gym was even more packed and it was evident with the parking...or lack of.
Anyways, all I wanted was one of the two racks/cages with a bar and 4 plates max...but no, assclowns had those two on lockdown.
One guy was doing curls with 10 lbs on each side, and another guy was either following some weird exercise routine of some hollywood celeb out of a mag or had decided to pull that exercise out of his rear end and create his own exercise.
Needless to say, only station available was one of the 2 leg press machines...and all I could think of as soon I looked around was
"Big Fn mistake people" :laugh:
So I went in, warmed up with my usual 6 plates (270 lbs) and didn't look back, as I was pulling plates from any station I could, and pissing people off, and honestly I didn't give a $!@%, because most people were either socializing in person or on FB with their phones and "checking-in" at the gym.
