Subscribed! How much of a calorie surplus are you eating to make such fast gains?

When I started I was 160 and started eating 3500to 3800 cals a day. I was easily doing +800-900 surplus in beginning but that number has decreased as ive put on weight and been eating same amount of calories. Im going to try my best to increase the amount starting this week, but its bit of challenge given the schedule, but def doable.

Tuesday: 6/7/11 Back/Bis/Traps

I didn't write down things, but I'll just say the highest from memory.

Also given my schedule, I can only go like an hour/hour and a half before the finals game, and since majority of folks here are mavs fans, they also show up. Not to mention that it's basically primetime as well at 630 PM...so gym is crowded, and stations are not available. So I was doing roughly 5 sets or so on anything I could get my hands on.

Wednesday: Took off due to preventing injury

Yesterday was supposed to be dedicated to shoulders, but given the beating on monday (chest) and tuesday, I felt my right shoulder's nagging injury and tendon problems coming back. I decided to be smart about things and take the day off and do legs today (Thursday) so that my shoulders get a 72 hour rest from tuesday's workout to Friday's workout.


Thursday 6/9/11 Legs

I was excited about legs all day, just wanted out of school all day and couldn't wait to get into the gym.

Unfortunately, game 5 was tonight and I ran into the same problem as tuesday....gym was even more packed and it was evident with the parking...or lack of.

Anyways, all I wanted was one of the two racks/cages with a bar and 4 plates max...but no, assclowns had those two on lockdown.

One guy was doing curls with 10 lbs on each side, and another guy was either following some weird exercise routine of some hollywood celeb out of a mag or had decided to pull that exercise out of his rear end and create his own exercise.

Needless to say, only station available was one of the 2 leg press machines...and all I could think of as soon I looked around was "Big Fn mistake people" :laugh:

So I went in, warmed up with my usual 6 plates (270 lbs) and didn't look back, as I was pulling plates from any station I could, and pissing people off, and honestly I didn't give a $!@%, because most people were either socializing in person or on FB with their phones and "checking-in" at the gym.

Not the best comparison pics, esp since the first 2 pics are few hours after a workout, and the 2nd set are cold pics following a day off.

But the important thing is, even after 20 lbs, mid region hasn't changed much, sure I've put on a little bit, but not that bad.

As far as measurements go:

My legs have started to fill out my jeans a lot, if they get any bigger, they'll fit me like skinny jeans around the quads. When I'm sitting, there's practically no breathing room around my quads etc.

All my jeans are 32W, and I've gone from using the last belt hole to the next one...

I've got roughly one week left, nothing negative to report thankfully. No dull pain or pumps, and haven't done taurine since the first week. I don't "feel" shutdown, but not taking any chances during my PCT either way.


I got asked to spot someone on Smith bench in between my sets of squad...I had seen that once and thought it was weird, but I was even more surprised to be asked to give a guy a lift off too...thoughts? Is this common in other gyms?
 
I would do bloods the last 2-3 days of your cycle or just before it ends and after pct or just before pct ends.

I'm about to go ahead and place my order soon for the bloodwork for tomorrow. I should have the results posted by Thursday.


Anyways, sorry folks for not updating, but I've been too busy with school etc, and haven't hit the gym the last 3 days, looking forward to tonight though. I went on Friday, but I'm not gonna post my routine bc it was a complete body workout with 2-3 exercises per body part. I mainly did it because I knew I was going to be out of the gym Sat-Mon.

Weight is still 180-182, sure I haven't moved up since a week and a half ago, but I'm not worried about that considering how things drastically changed with school etc.

So far I've put on ~20 lbs and couldn't be happier with how the cycle went and how I responded. Hoping the bloodwork comes out not too shabby, but we will see.

As the cycle is coming to a close, the most important phase is about to start, so I will keep this going through PCT as well, and have a 3rd bloodword once it's all said and done.


PCT:

Ok just a quick question regarding PCT. I should start PES Erase Week 2, with Testforce 2 (DAA) and Athletix Titanium Week 1 along with serm correct?

A:
Day 1-5 = 120mg Torm
Day 6-21 = 60mg Torm
Day 22-28 = 30mg Torm

Not sure which of the two I want to go with...what do you guys suggest?

B:
Day 1-3: 120mg
Day 4-7: 90mg
Day 8-21: 60mg
Day 22-28: 30mg


Also should I do Erase 2 caps a day / 12 hrs apart for 45 days or do the ramping down scenario?

In an attempt to keep variables the same, the tests were performed at identical times.

Total Testosterone: 47.4% Decrease
LH: Roughly the same
FSH: 35.7% Decrease (Was low to begin with, 1.4 to 0.9)
Estrogen: 34.1% Increase
AST: 38.5% Increase (On the high end of NORMAL range) ==> Current 36 - Normal Max 40
ALT: 145% Increase (On the high end of NORMAL range) ==> Current 54 - Normal Max 55


Anyways, that's the basics, didn't get a chance to look at everything over because I got a test coming up and Lab afterwards. Looking forward to responses considering the bloodwork and my previous post.


****P.S. when is the best time of day to take Torem? I'm thinking about taking it around 2-3ish PM as I'm taking my first doses of Titanium, TestForce2, and Erase at 630-7 AM and 2nd dose would be 630 PM. ****

Wow! Not bad bloods at all for running two compounds. Your test cut in half which is acceptable and understandable. AST and ALT are still within normal ranges. Very impressed Kashmoni, this is a great log. It doesnt really matter what time of day you take torem, just make sure you get the daily dose in.

Yea I'm not too worried about the hormonal situation right now, after all that's what PCT is for lol.

But yea I'm glad my AST and ALT are still within normal range, should be a breeze to drop back down to my previous numbers.

Flat BB dropset... This one is a bit weird but basically I load four 10 lb plates on each side, get 10 reps and drop a plate from each side and repeat. I go down to the bar only and get 10 reps, then I start adding a 10 lb plate on each side and get 10 reps or how many I can get. My workout partner loads and deloads the weight, so there is max of 5 sec rest between sets.

Last night was supposed to be legs, but theres a huge pool party near campus, so I opted to do chest and figured ill get a leg workout in tonight ;)

Not trying to barge, but do you know the half life of "Magna Mass and Havoc"? I'm starting a cycle in 2 weeks and that is one of the last 2 things I need to figure out. Thanks and again...Great Post!
 
just read this whole log. Looks nice man. Hopefully the torem and the extra PCT products will help you hold on to your gains and see your test levels go back to normal :D

Thank you Meister. Regarding Magna Mass & Havoc, I'm going to give you a straight up warning that maybe you should seriously consider taking one or the other, because Magna Mass contains Halodrol, Superdrol, & M-LMG, and depending on your cycle history, or lack of, it might be better to start with Havoc, just my 2 cents.

Half Lifes:
Havoc ~ Epistane = 6 hrs

M-LMG half life: 6-8 hours

H-drol: 16 hours

Superdrol: 8 hours

Sorry for not updating this as much, but last week was my finals week and I was busy as hell. I pulled a few all nighters, but it was worth it because I managed to pull out A's in the lab and lecture. With that said, I'm officially done with my B.A. :D

I spent the weekend resting up and allowing my body to get back to normal, and lifted yesterday. I gotta say, I'm absolutely loving this PCT phase, still setting PR's!

Ah so I know I haven't updated this at all, but there isn't much to report. Strength has remained the same as I still moved the same weight for same reps on my compound stuff. I weighed in at 178 today, so that's -2 lbs after 30 days and can easily be attributed to my diet these past few days. Honestly I think I can go up to 180 by monday morning so not worried at all. I'll update this from time to time, especially with a final bloodwork once it's all said and done.



This was one amazing cycle and combination and I'm happy that CEL put out such great clones. Honestly I can't wait til my next cycle (epi) in nov-dec. :D

still cant believe the lack of suppression you experienced(not much anyway, ive seen test a lot lower lol). also liver values were awesome. at the gains you experienced, i'd say the ends more than justify the means. thumbs up!

Thank you, on my last chest day.i did decline.285x3 after doing 275 x 6.....strength is still amazing and im back to 180....all is well.
 
Your bloods weren't too bad after that cycle...
