P-mag log

AWESOME! Is the 2 week pre-loading really necessary for support supps? Or could a person just start them the first day of the cycle?
 
ALL HAIL PMAG! im running a 6wker right now with some 11oxo. Ive noticed its starting to dissapear as its popularity is rising. I REALLY hope someone else makes a clone again. i feel it is the best p.h. on the market as far as sides/gains.

Also weighed myself after the workout and I weighed 191.5 lbs and look to be about the same bodyfat%.

:shock: Pre or post dump... still dosen't matter thats a hell of a lot of weight. How much of that is lean? Retaining much water?

Post lol. I would say 12-15 lbs i look about like I gained maybe 3-5lbs of fat as i'm trying to gain as much muscle as possible on this cycle. Also, I might be retaining some water but not much.

Got 1 and 1/2 weeks left and only want to gain 1-3 more lbs. Then I will post up pics.
 
20lbs in this short time is unreal. Congrats on your gains. I'm curious as to the conversion rate of p-mag to clostebol. I also assume that being a diol, it has some of its own activity on the AR?

How are your other sides? Libido fluctuations, aggression, etc.....?

I had more aggression and libido for the first 2 and 1/2 weeks then it died down and is a little lower then normal now. I feel this is because I am not taking it with a test base.

Also another side I have is needing to go take a piss more often.

Yea I didn't experience crazy strength gains also. I think that is because from what I have read p-mag is mostly anabolic and not androgenic.

Btw how was Epi for you? I'm planning on using it on my next cycle for cutting.
 
epi at 30,30,30,30 is actually pretty decent, no sides, good on a cut, but I always get my strength gains in pct. I ran it on a cut and got about 6lbs and cut a nice amount of bf, last run I got 11lb, not even trying to bulk

That sounds really sweet man. Why do you do only 4 week cycles though? I thought 5-6 weeks was ideal.

well everyone is diff, juice heads in my gym that are huge with many yrs tell me to stop going over 8 reps unless im cutting for a show, also IFBB Pro Patrick Richardson has mentioned to me something about over training, I cant exactly rememeber what he said but your routine seems like you are going a lil over board.
 
Looking good man! The strength gains really hit me about week 3.5-4 and are still going strong mid 4th week. Up 15 lbs so far. LOVE the pump, it's honestly incredible. Still debating running that 6th week....
 
15lbs? you must be eating your ass off, Ive only gained a lil bit, strength wise its ok ex. was doing 115lb dumb bells on incline for 7, now doing 120's for 7, shoulder press was 105 dumbells for 6, now 110x6, that's really my only lifts that went up

Hmm yea that is interesting man. So what is their rep range 4-8 reps? Also do you do more sets then?

I usually shoot for 7 reps, sometimes I may hit 10,8,6 depends on what I'm doing, ex, on flat dumbbell press I usually do 100x8,120x7,140x5 keeps me exhausting myself and I still get some reps in for definition and a few heavy low reps for bulk either way its good to switch it up, shock your body

typical chest day for me
warm up flat dumbbell 55x10 w/a few flies
Flat dumbbell 100x8,120x7,140x5
Incline 100x8,110x7,120x5-6
either cable crossovers,pec deck, cable from the bottom, or decline flies
dips to start triceps
always 3 sets no more than 8 reps
I usually try to hit my chest at every angle I still feel like I overtrain

Only real sides have been accelerated hairloss (very prone to MPB) and some oily ass skin. Acne increase as well (typically have none and have a little now) Libido was up right away now id say its a little below average. NP getting it done w/ lady friend so far.

Those are some sick strength gains man! My sides are pretty much the same also think i'm just gonna shave my head and get it over with lol.

Nice gains! I started my first ever PH yesterday which is Pmag, I hope to achieve results as good as yours. I have 6 bottles :)
 
So I have barely been able to eat this week down at least 1000 cals less each day and am a little sick feeling. I kinda welcomed this anyway as I was feeling slightly bloated. The weird thing is I still put on another pound and a half and had the biggest strength gains in the last week.

Anyway today is my last day for my first cycle :(

Tommorrow I will post the gains I have made and new pics!

End weight-193 lbs (22.5lb gain!)
