P-mag log

Hey guys I just started my first prohormone P-mag this mon. I'm dosing at 75/75/75/75/75. My starting weight was 170 as I just went though a cut that lasted 6 months. It has already went up a couple pounds and i look a little leaner!

The pumps on this stuff are awesome already when I workout arm I literally couldn't believe how pumped I felt! Also, starting to get lower back pumps so I know the stuff aint fake lol.

Btw my training is layne nortons power/hypertophy program and doing cardio 2x a week burning 400 cals each time. Also i'm eating 3500 cals a day with 340 grams of protein a day.

Incline press-150 5x5
1 arm bent over row-85 5x5
Behind the neck smith machine shoulder press-65 5x5
Pull-ups-body+30 5x5 last set dropset with bodyweight 5 more reps

Added 5 lbs to each exercise compared to last week.

My stength is kinda low from cutting for a while but it is starting to increase decently already!
 
sub'd also - i came off good strength gains of Halovar and in PCT mode, 3rd week. Can't wait for P-mag. Good luck Bro!
 
Not to hijack, but you posted in my other thread because we're running the same compound over the same time and are of similar size etc. Check out my P-Mag log under cycle info. Id post a link but I need 50 posts.

Your log looks sweet man. Maybe we will end up the same weight after the log as i'm now up to 177 in 1 week lol! Good luck with your goals man.

Nice work! Especially with those pull-ups. Just a couple questions: 1) Are you following any kind of program? (for example: 5 x 5 or 5/3/1) and 2) About how many calories are you taking in?

@oli Thanks man! I'm doing Layne Nortons Power/hypertrophy routine and I'm eating 3,500 cals a day I felt like it was too much one day but I feel like its perfect now gaining like crazy and still leaning out.

1st time I've heard someone enjoy back pumps lol. Strong lifts bro, can I ask how long you have been using Layne Nortons Power/hypertrophy? Might give it a shot after I get over my injury.
 
haha..i enjoy my back pumps and calf pumps & not being able to stand up properly after a good deadlift/squat workout. Beast feeling is awesome, ain't it?

So I got a good pump going in my back which is usually so hard to do but not so much anymore!

@bashman Thanks man. I started it 3 weeks before my cycle started. Its kind of a lot of volume but I think its great especially if your on something.

Felt like I could do more but I'm saving energy for my other days.

@chubbs- For bench press its good but I feel DB bench is better. For Squats I feel like those are the best exercise for your legs.

@Bry17-Actually 11 lbs as of this morning!

Yea I def agree with what you guys said this week is getting good. My arms were the most pumped they had ever been. My arms are 15" normally and they got up to 16 1/4" pumped! The pump was actually kinda felt like the muscle was literally tearing!
 
Logs looking good bud! Youre a few days ahead of me but were gaining pretty much the same. Im on day 11 or so now and up 10 lbs. About 4 lbs or so happened right away due to increase in carbs, but im really enjoying it so far. I'm steadily gaining around .5 lb per day and lifts have increased across the board. Ive been at 75 for the last few days and may bump it up to 100 in a few days if all is well.

IDK how you can handle the back pumps lol. I got them on day 7 or so doing squats and could barely finish my routine. Have been dosing taurine at 5g and it seems to be doing the trick. No other sides present other than occasional lethargy and some irritability. These may just be due to life itself though.

Keep training and eating hard man!! Remember its the last few reps that will make you grow. Get those last reps and it will pay off....

doesn't look that hard on paper but this kicked my a**!
 
solid log & progress thus far, i'm an advocate of the compound in promagnon & its effects

not sure how many weeks in you are at this point, but i found that by week 4/5 my strength & muscle density/definition drastically accelerates on this ph, i hope that you find the same, keep truckin

I'm on week 3 so I got that to look foward to! I love the gains already up 14 lbs and about the same bodyfat. Also lots of veins popping up in my arms,chest and lats.

So my mom just said to me.. "it looks like you went though a metamophasis" I guess thats what happens when you gain 15 lbs in 3 weeks lol.

She sees me everyday though so I would think she wouldn't be able to notice as much. When I see my friends in a couple weeks they are going to sh*t bricks.

Nice thanks..the website says it can be ran for 5 or so weeks....I s this safe for a methylated compound?
