I havent gained any weight or lost any. I feel the same, except when I goto the gym (like jeckyl and hyde). I dont have any side effects, or any negative ones. Yeah I post my workouts and strength increases, but it might not hurt to ask questions like yourself if I "fail" to do so. I was also thinking of putting stuff like that in a final write-up.
im curious... the one thing i fail to see is "how" you feel ? and are you gaining any weight.. the strength seems to be climbing a little but what about the atributes of PH supplementation? aggression, libido, side effects....
So at what time frame is this supposed to take off.im just curious as I've been following and reading some about it myself.

Sorry i havent posted in a few days...ive been sick. I have the flu
As I stated before, my mood or focus at the gym have been a 10. I havent had any negative side effects what so ever. Only positive. My strength is great as well as my foucs lifting.
everyones getting sick! it's the worse......get a nice cup of chamomile tea, mix some honey, and a shot (or two) of whiskey...stuff is a miracle
Bright side of nonmethyls.. You still can drink whiskey or cognac if you get sick and liver doesn't explode!
