Have you tried with a straight bar?Wicked workout brother! Them preacher curls are huge numbers I can barley do 50 but standing I can do 90 idk why but my wrist hurt like hell when sitting.

I am in a similar situation. I hurt myself doing deads years ago, rounded my back with 500lbs. I couldn't move for a week, missed work and never healed correctly. Whenever I think I can push it I end up getting hurt. Sucks because nothing feels the same as having a huge weight on your back and just squatting the hell out of it. Glad to see the P-BOLD log is rolling along nicely!12/10

So no weight gain....but it sounds like you def are getting the "on" feeling in the gymI havent gained any weight or lost any. I feel the same, except when I goto the gym (like jeckyl and hyde). I dont have any side effects, or any negative ones. Yeah I post my workouts and strength increases, but it might not hurt to ask questions like yourself if I "fail" to do so. I was also thinking of putting stuff like that in a final write-up.
My thoughts exactly and I asked this a while back....im curious... the one thing i fail to see is "how" you feel ? and are you gaining any weight.. the strength seems to be climbing a little but what about the atributes of PH supplementation? aggression, libido, side effects....

As I stated before, my mood or focus at the gym have been a 10. I havent had any negative side effects what so ever. Only positive. My strength is great as well as my foucs lifting.
everyones getting sick! it's the worse......get a nice cup of chamomile tea, mix some honey, and a shot (or two) of whiskey...stuff is a miracle
lol i still wouldn't recommend becoming a lush on any product.....but a shot or two of whiskey won't hurt, especially in the winter a shot of crown before shoveling snow will keep you nice and warmBright side of nonmethyls.. You still can drink whiskey or cognac if you get sick and liver doesn't explode!

First day ive felt good in weeks after being sick. Had a pretty good workout, and its also the first time in weeks ive had the strength to workout. I have about a week left of the bold to finish up strong
