Hi

I`d like to start OEP in 1-2 weeks
Did someone with really low %BF tried this ?

i`ve got final cuts in my physique and decided try this product
i`m about 5-6% of BF
and got problems with lower back and ab fat

will it be fine to go down 1-3kg of last stubborn fat ?

sure..obviously tho, when talking about that low of bf level, you'll have to keep fine-tunig the dieatry approach as well, but I'm pretty lean myself (not 5-6% yet, getting there) and OEP is melting the excess away.
IMO -- to get sub-5% bf, you will have to take some sort of fat-burner, can't rely on just exercise/dietary reduction alone.
so, you might as well try the best and most unique product on the market! ;)

yeah I personally really dig the OEP/RC combo, better than OEP alone IMO, as you get the best of bost worlds, and these ingredients are just incredibly synergistic with each other..

1 OEP+1 RC upon rising, eat 30min later
same dosing, 6-8hrs later, 30min before a meal
then in between those dosings, I workout and run Jack3d as my preWO energy source..killa combo. :yup:

on empty stomach i`m used to use

100mg 7 keto
1 dicana
2 DCP
1-1,5 Viper or 1 Burners
and some cissus

pre workout
7keto 100mg
mesomorph 1 scoop ( old thiamizine formula )
2 DCP
1 viper


when i`m doing cardio or intervals
i`m adding yohimbine hcl from nutra 17,5 mg + viper

i`m gettin 3 dicana caps daily
 
interesting..ThermoLife is a decent company, I like their E-Bol and T-Bol.
really dig the 7-keto man -- how old are you?
yohimbine hcl tho, uggh. not a pleasant experience for me. the alpha-Y in OEP doesn't bother me at all tho.
 
oh and read some people feel hungrier, ive noticed im getting thirstier.
A lot of people confuse hunger with thirst.

I share in this. My hunger is actually supressed but I am drinking at least 1/4th more water than I was prior to starting. Maybe that is a reason for the hunger suppression...more water = more full = less hunger? ;)

Yah I'm up about a litre a day on this, very thirsty...

That was the most noticeable change I had on OEP, thirst was profound and so were the frequent trips to the bathroom. I could put down two liters of water during a workout on OEP and felt thirsty at the end.
 
In my opinion every lil addition

but 7keto Was my "experiment" i don`t think that i`ll buy it once more

maybe as you age and learn things, your opinion will change. ;)

if you look into the supplement, you will find its usefulness is directly tied into levels of DHEA..the lower the DHEA production, the more benficial it becomes.

at 24 y/o, I would hope your DHEA production is not impaired.

This is why I have not even considered 7-Keto at 28... maybe in 5 years I will look into it.

I used this when I was @ 30 y/o, wasn't impressed in the least.
brought it back last yr, was a HUGE difference..worked very nicely w/ RC at that time.
I may run it again w/ the OEP/RC ****tail in about a month, when I get serious about shredding.

right now, I'm grooving on OEP/RC alone. :)

I hope you are not inferring what I think you are.

for clarification, I am all-natural, compete in drug-tested shows, and pride myself on being such.
I utilize the entire line of USP products for my results..this is why I am a 'sponsored athlete', as well helping out on here to guide others with product use. so I do double-duty as a rep so to speak.

in any event, I've given you excellent advice, and I'm not here to argue.

what you choose to do with that is up to you.

so i`m givin a try stuff like 7keto and any legal **** that may help

understand - from one natty guy to another - been there, done that!

I've been in non-tested shows with guys who were juicing, so I can relate.

IMO - OEP is going to help you much more than 7-keto at this stage in your life.

+ 1 pre workout with mesomorph will stack fine ?
or 2 before AM workout
2 before PM

2 on empty tomach

I've been checking out the threads on OEP and seriously considering using it. My goal is to lose about 10lbs, work on definition and cuts. If I used the OEP, would you recommend a stack?

yeah I don't know about using 2 OEP in that concoction, I'd roll with 1 first..stimhead that you are tho, you might be okay. :D

OEP rocks I love it ive been on it for 2 weeks now. It gives u energy and demolishes your appitite. Drink Lots of protien with it though. Im stacking it with GNC AMP Maxeration NO, Anabolic PUMP, T-BOMB II, AMP Creatine 360, And MuscleTech Protine. I love USP labs stuff.

Bruce Lee used to walk around with those water draining thermal belts around his waist to drain as much water as possible for that extreme cut.

3% fat is something very dangerous, chill man. maybe pre-contest for a day or 2 but not sure if 3% is even something bodybuilders do.

I know we're talking steroid-fueled results here, but Ronnie Coleman was so low for one of his Olympia appearances he measured out at like 1.8%! his skin was so tight, they had to guesstimate mm cuz they couldn't get a skin pinch on him in some areas! :bigeyes:

Yah I guess... he can go down maybe 2 but 3 is a stretch. So 3% hmm.. you know my mentor said he was 4% at contest but I always thought he looked more like 3...
 
2 OEP caps on empty stomach 40 min bfeore wake-up
i went to work with clients focused , mentaly sharp, awaken and with a lot of energy

2 OEP caps ( 12 h after first dose ) stacked with mesomorph & c-bol
fired up my nervous system greatly
i didn`t fell the workout
i`m not tired
it`s hot in herre ;-)

done my 45` cardio with no problem and wihout special fatigue ( i think hour wouldn`t be a problem )

workout Was solid ( deadlift session , i bet my personal best in DL from 440lbs to 451 lbs )

great stuff
i`ll lower my dosing to 1+2 or 2+1 daily depending od workout sessions and how long i`m sleeping

waitin for my lean xtreme and DCP and start whole stack

After reading 10 pages i got a ton of good information on this product. I do however have a question or two. From what I read OEP hits on different receptors than the EC stack does. I am successfully burning fat now but i wouldn't mind stacking the two to see the results. Is this a bad idea? Thanks

Some have stacked the two but I have never seen any conclusive logs on this.

Personally, I have seen excellent results (and have read much positive input) with Recreate + OxyELITE Pro. The array of mechanisms covered here is quite impressive.

Add in Anabolic-Pump if you regularly consume food... :)

this is one of my favorite reviews - if a guy like yourself (crazy mad stim-stackologist! :D) can still sense the product's effects..well, this is very huge.
