Ouf subbin bro. Buyin me a tub of Meso myself after reading Volcoms gig awhile back. Sam can you recommend a flavor? Or is the CNitrate gonna make it taste like crap no matter what?

Mesomorph is surprisingly tasty. I've tried Fruit Punch and Watermelon and I probably prefer the fruit punch flavor.

The watermelon flavor is fine, it is the creatine nitrate in it that just makes it nasty to me. I would actually really like that flavoring in something else. I wonder if the fruit punch is better???

I like Fruit Punch the most, I don't mind the Watermelon tho I think it's pretty good, but I'm a fruit Punch person.
 
I am not big on watermelon flavors for any supplements. I have never had a good one.
 
Finally back on schedule today, looking forward to a nice workout. I started the Trinitine yesterday and will use the creatine nitrate only before workouts to save it so I have another two weeks in this log. I will not finish the mesomorph by then but I will continue to run it of course as it is the shiznit. Looks like a chest/tris day today, legs tomorrow, Back/Bis Thursday and Shoulders/Traps Friday. Cardio will be done a few times this week as well.
 
Get in there and kill it. So have you tried them both seperately to make the distinction of which product is facilitating which aspects of the pump and strength? I keep hearing so much abgout CN being great for pumps and what not but I seem to only see it being used in conjunction with a pump producing Pre-Workout.

When I took it everyday I got strength gains but it goes away too fast for that, bulk I would take everyday and plenty of it (3-4 grams) but pills that just costs too much, hence the Trinitine being added.
 
Kicking A** and taking names - all while its 90+ in the gym

Man today felt so good just to be moving weight again as opposed to 12 oz curls from the weekend; who am I kidding, most were 20 oz curls. Anyways, I took my full 8 CN before with the Meso and with with this ended up being about an hour or so before I lifted. Actually, this was great as I started to get an awesome pump in my chest right away, there may be something to the earlier dosing, will play around with it this week.

Workout highlights:
DB Bench Press - 100x10x2 for work sets
Incline Bench Press - 185x8x2 This sucked but my shoulder was not happy with me so that could have been the reason, will monitor as the week progresses.
CGBP - 185x5x2 sets PR for sure. Going for 6 reps for 3 sets next week, I can do it for sure.

The rest was really nothing noteworthy, just had a disgusting pump throughout the workout and amazing energy. Considering work is ultra stressful and busy, I think this workout shows that CN/Meso combo is the real deal.

I did just take my Trinitine and will do the 3 pill dose after my workout per the bottle, shouldn't need anymore creatine by any means after the CN/Meso dose as well. So far I am looking the same, some muscle fullness is creeping back which I expected with the Trinitine so that is great. Will keep you all updated on that, the worst of the work week is hopefully behind me but one never knows on those things. :ponder:

O ya, I'm really missing it for swimming, Meso alone pre-workout is great but adding the extra CN really gives a nice kick!
 
Matt not sure about the ingredients in Meso, but typically creatines take about an hour to really get into the muscles. Now most pump producing ingredients are faster acting and can be taken 15-30 minutes before a workout and work excellently. I wonder if perhaps taking the CN an hour before and Meso 20-30 minutes before may produce even better pumps and strength during the workout.

I will try the hour before then 30 minutes prior today, tomorrow will try the dump 8 into my Meso :). Yeah, I love the max dose pre-workout!
 
I've been preaching Meso/CN combo since I first tried it (and continue to do so across multiple boards) and BigT before me, was avid about it. Glad to see you're coming around. Meso is also miraculous for cardio endurance as well.

Funny you say that as I end up being very productive at night after my workouts when I normally would not be at all. I never got that from NTKTS, AS-GT, jack3d or any other one I have tried. Since I am logging this I am keeping it for lifting days only but I will add in a scoop for a cardio session soon.

I've only ever used Meso on lifting days and that's still my practice today and yeah, Meso will make you come home and clean stuff.

Agreed, normally the geranium puts me a half mast in a high dose, not with Meso, rocking a steel pole!!!!

Friday and Saturday updates

Friday - Got a sick deal on a 42" Samsung for my bedroom, too excited about that to work out, yeah I am a damn child when I get new electronics.

Saturday - Shoulders and Traps oh my!

Decided to turn up the wick today, one really big scoop of Meso and my customary 8 CN pre-workout. I was FLYING by the time I got to the gym ;).

Highlights:
Standing Military BB - 115x6x3 Not a lot though I never do this so it was a "PR"
Tire Shrugs - 250x10x3
DB Shrugs - 120x10x3 These are mean, the dead lift getting them up is hard enough.
Rears/Sides/Front - Did a bunch on these, shoulders were cooked
DB and Machine military press - Did these to get some extra work and pump, success!

It was about an hour and I felt very happy with it. I was not moving crazy weight today but I was unstoppable in the endurance department. If I was on cycle, I would still be there but I know better than to trash my shoulders or I am screwed for 4-5 days. Chest workout on Monday so I need all the recovery I can get. Beautiful day here guys, my car needs a wash and I have a pool to chill at after. Enjoy your weekends everyone and throw back a cold one for me ;).
 
8 CN with your Mesomorph, damn.

I've found that what limits me as far as the nitrates go is acid reflux/indigestion. If I take in too much as once, it gives me fierce heartburn. So i'm forced to split it further, which is a pity. The high dose preworkout feels great other than digestively.

For me, if I take too many Nitrates, my light-headedness on 1RM attempts get extremely amplified, particularly in lifts where I'm standing on my feet, but this makes perfect sense. The increased circulation from the nitrates will result an accelerated exodus of blood from the brain to the working muscles. However, this only effects my 1RM's, nothing else. On the plus side, my gym stamina goes through the roof, including my cardio output capabilities.

Mesomorph has also become my premier pre-workout to my 5 mile runs and it kicks arse.

No digestion issues for me, if I get reflux it is from stimulants 98% of the time.

Consult with me on this, a set up can be had for a reasonable price and my buddy has a 720P projector he could be interested in parting with for the right price.

Monday workout update - Chest/Tris

So the weekend went by and things started out well this week. Monday was day 2 of lean gains, had too much success with this on the last cycle so I am going to run it for a while and get as lean as I can before July 4th. That is just an arbitrary date I decided on to get to 10% if possible, with lean gains I believe that is very realistic.

Anyways, on to the workout. Loving the creatine nitrate, gives me the confidence to lift heavy freaking weight! Pretty standard chest workout though I decided it was time for some shock and awe, threw up the 120s on DB bench for a big PR! I got 3 reps with help but that is better than the 100 I normally do. No 110s really sucks, that 20% jump is BRUTAL! Hit some Incline, flies and I believe that was it; gym had a lot of new people at it which sucked. Anyways, I killed tris and they are not sore, why I have no idea. I even did some drop sets on the dip bar with 2 chains, 1 chain, no chain and still nada.

Lean gains has a lot more carbs in it than normal, holy caca Batman the pump from the CN/Meso was sick. My tris were so pumped there was hardly any definition in them, my kind of pump baby!!!!! This will be the end of the log starting on Friday/Saturday as I don't have much CN left though I do have meso left. I may continue it with the Meso so you all can see my final thoughts, cough, it is the shiznit! :firedevil:

Good stuff Matt, 120 for 3 reps is nothing to sneeze @ either. Straight up beast mode for someone whose chest was there weak point before.
 
Wednesday/Thursday updates for you guys

Wednesday I did some cardio in the afternoon, nothing crazy I just needed to blow off some steam on the treadmill... boring as hell but it got the job done.

Thursday was leg day and it was so humid in the gym. Combine that with the fact I took my meso, man I was DRIPPING sweat by the end of it. Here are some highlights:

Squats - got to 225x8x3 Have to watch my back, still not 100% yet
Leg Extensions
Leg Press - 360x10x3 Quads were shot, it was 90 degrees, I didn't care that this was light weight, my legs were thrashed after this
Calves
Leg curls - 110x8x3

Not super sore yet but I am getting that tightness that tells me this was a great workout. Today will be shoulders and traps, going to kill them as usual, shoot for shrugs with the 130s today. Also going to throw in some more push press and/or standing military, love those two! :yup:

It is strong but not overpowering, I equate it to say taking two scoops of the Wyked you have or maybe 2.5 of AS-GT (one we both know all too well). The big difference is I don't get that over-stimmed, heart racing short of breath feeling from the meso which makes it fine on a leg day. When I took that much AS-GT, it was overwhelming but not with meso, it has a good balance of the three stims: caffeine, theobromine and geranium.

I would get a slightly upset stomach with anything over 1.5 with ASGT it was the Ostole (PSARM) that did it.

I am sure that was not helping when I would dose that high, always go nauseous feeling from AS-Gt after two scoops. Stims were only an issue at 2.5 scoops for me with it, damn synephrine made my heart race.

Forgot to add, I have one workout of CN left, probably 8-10 of Meso I guess but it could be less. Will give some thoughts on the CN in the next few days and a final review on Meso as well. Have something else I am starting up next week so this thread will get its review and be closed shortly. Thanks for following along guys. Short version of the review, this stack is excellent and if you are in between cycles and need a boost, a great option that doesn't involve test boosting or anything like that. If you have no stim issues, again it would be great on cycle as well, depends on your BP tolerance I guess.
 
Did you ever notice the extreme irritability following a workout with meso? And even though i am noticing good pumps and endurance, i find that i am actually less vascular and less energetic then pre-workouts with heavier stims... Do you agree? And IYO how does this compare with Flashover and LIT-UP? I am considering trying those two even though i just ordered 3 containers of meso simply cause the meso just doesnt give me the energy that i need from a pre-wo.. afterall, that is the main reason i take a pre-wo supp.

Never taken flashover Lit-Up, frankly the profile on Lit-Up does nothing for me. I am plenty vascular on Meso/CN so I don't know that must be you who get that reaction. I believe that 60 mgs of 1,3 and 200 mgs of caffeine per serving is pretty strong, not sure what you take but two scoops of Flashover is the same as that dosage so you will most likely need 3. Lit-Up I can't comment on.

Last CN/Meso workout, pulled 335x2 on deadlift (PR) then proceeded hit 385x1 with a good few second pause at the top for a 50 pound increase PR. If that does not show the ability of creatine nitrate for strength gains, I don't know what does.

Got it backwards, adrenal supps would make the stims hit harder. You just need a break from stims.

Yeah I can't imagine Meso not being enough stim. If not then you definitely have some stim issues and should probably stop for a while. 1 Scoop of Meso was seriously strong stuff for me as far as energy goes. Kind of reminds me of 3 scoops of Jack3d.

For someone with a bad back, I will take my small victories and be proud of them. People in the gym I workout at routinely do 500+ for reps, I don't get caught up in that. If numbers were all I cared about I would take high dose tren and test all the time... not on my agenda.
