I am wondering how many of you felt "off" taking this product. Like upset stomach, nausea ect.

I have no issues so far at 400+ mg osthole in a sitting

I have used Cnidium in the past (10% osthole). I don't ever recall feeling "off". I would be happy to trial and log whatever Cnidium product you are using, and report back to you.

Rumor has it that osthole it was originally called "painful rectal itch", but apparently that violated someone's trade name.

Are there exercise related benefits to osthole? Google search shows some health benefits, but not seeing anything related to exercise. Haven't heard of this supp yet...

I used Cnidium Monnieri extracted for 95% Osthole. Incredibly powerful vasoregulator. No side effects at up to 400mg. Did not go beyong this dosage.

When I went from 400 to 600. I got extremely light headed and felt like I was hypotensivw. This we t on for 2 workouts and then was fine

400 seems to be a sweet spot dose. 600 an higher after seems to hurt my libido and erection strength

Yea I know. But as a muscle. Builder too. Which would stack well with my aav2 and recompadrol.

Pretty much all products I found that contain osthole were supplements supposed to increase muscle pump or erection strength. So, I always assumed that osthole is primarily a vasodilator. Haven't heard anything about test boosting or anabolic properties but would be interested to hear about them.
