I have heard its effects last about 24 hours. Where S4 is only a couple hours.
I'm not dosing pre workout, but rather right after workout. I workout at 6am with a pre-workout (craze) and BCAAs (recoverpro/modern). Then I get back and dose my Osta. I have been falling asleep in the middle of the day recently. Yesterday in class for instance, I was gone. I'm getting adequate sleep (8-10hrs). Maybe I need to sleep more?
Good to know I'm not crazy! This is exactly what I'm talking about. It's weird but I love it.
This is pretty fuggin exciting for me cuz breathing is one of the things that gets me on some of my routines. I like fast and furious....![]()
I just realized something about the O2 levels. I just recently started adding 2k mg of LCLT to my preworkout drink and remember MrCooper stating it helps the vox levels ( IIRC ). So maybe its a combo of both...can't hurt at least.
On a side note I got a excellent chest pump today. Not sure if it was the superpump Max I just started taking or the Osta.

Nice, I've definitely been noticing some all-day fullness as of late.
any news?
updates tomorrow after training. ordering my second bottle tonight or tomorrow so it'll be here before I run out.

enjoying it enough to run another bottle eh?![]()
Well there's that and also I feel like logging only one bottle wouldn't be doing the supplement justice.
I haven't seen anything that drastic as far as gains go in all these logs. There is nothing that makes the product stand out and worth $100+ a bottle.
Totally can see why you'd say that when someone could go grab a PH at a fraction of the price (up front) but once you figure in the support supps, pct products, etc. where are you then? Additionally, if the claims are true that OSTA is less harsh on the body than these PHs, the price begins to seem more reasonable. I'm factoring in a lot more than just the surface here and additionally, I'm not paying the full $100 so it's not that big of a deal for me.
Lastly, I feel like running it for 8 weeks will give the AM community a better view of the products potential.
You may need to run a PCT for it. Take a look at Invalid Link Removed

at 2 caps my log will last 6 weeks.....i am leaner which is my goal, my diet is pretty strict though so not sure how much osta has to do with it
I like what you are doing here! Your log has given me insight and convinced me to purchase a bottle for myself. I wasn't keen on spending a great deal of cash on Osta but after the reviews I have seen, I now believe it is worth it. I'm anxious to try out the joint rehabilitation properties of Osta.
any bad side effects at all?
dry mouth at night. occasionally insatiable appetite.
Do you give in to the appetite or hold yourself off?

jwa254, how are things going?
jwa254 said:Everything is still going smoothly guys. I'll get some updates in shortly today. I've been out of town visiting family, then discussing business. As of Wednesday, I was placed in charge of the 2012 Richmond (city I live in) Beerathon. The guy behind the NYC/Houston/Philadelphia/LA Beerathon wanted to bring this event to Richmond and I got picked for the job so I'm super stoked about that as I'm a craft beer (beer in general) fanatic. I'm sure it won't be all fun and games but it'll be well worth the experience.
Nice! I'm a big craft beer guy too. Sounds fun.
jwa254 said:nice! any particular favorite? I get really bummed during summer as the seasonals aren't typically as good as the winter ones in my opinion.
Tommy knocker maple nut brown ale. Idaho springs co. Excellent breakfast beer. Lol
Generally a stout and brown ale guy but I've come to appreciate the summer wheats recently.
