OSTA Rx Log

I'm not dosing pre workout, but rather right after workout. I workout at 6am with a pre-workout (craze) and BCAAs (recoverpro/modern). Then I get back and dose my Osta. I have been falling asleep in the middle of the day recently. Yesterday in class for instance, I was gone. I'm getting adequate sleep (8-10hrs). Maybe I need to sleep more?

Good to know I'm not crazy! This is exactly what I'm talking about. It's weird but I love it.

This is pretty fuggin exciting for me cuz breathing is one of the things that gets me on some of my routines. I like fast and furious....:)

I just realized something about the O2 levels. I just recently started adding 2k mg of LCLT to my preworkout drink and remember MrCooper stating it helps the vox levels ( IIRC ). So maybe its a combo of both...can't hurt at least.
On a side note I got a excellent chest pump today. Not sure if it was the superpump Max I just started taking or the Osta.

Nice, I've definitely been noticing some all-day fullness as of late.

any news?

Yeah, I've been meaning to update this but I've been really out of the loop mentally the past few days. Trying to finish up these last assignments for classes before exams and attempting to finish this database stuff at work so I haven't had much free time to post.

Tonight I should be able to get something up here

Notes: Today is Day 21. My protein intake is slacking and I'll be doing my best to fix it. The past few days have been lackluster mentally. Work + school (exam week) and then the fact that the general population is ignorant have combined to just annoy the pure-piss out of me. Strength is going up in some instances, and then other days it's not noticeable. I am overwhemingly vascular. My muscles are hardening and the muscle bellies stay swole. I'm up 2lbs from my starting weight. Any questions/concerns just shoot them my way.

Thanks
J

I definitely look leaner but I'm going to wait until the run is over to decide fully. I'll post up before/afters then as well

updates tomorrow after training. ordering my second bottle tonight or tomorrow so it'll be here before I run out.

I haven't seen anything that drastic as far as gains go in all these logs. There is nothing that makes the product stand out and worth $100+ a bottle.

Totally can see why you'd say that when someone could go grab a PH at a fraction of the price (up front) but once you figure in the support supps, pct products, etc. where are you then? Additionally, if the claims are true that OSTA is less harsh on the body than these PHs, the price begins to seem more reasonable. I'm factoring in a lot more than just the surface here and additionally, I'm not paying the full $100 so it's not that big of a deal for me.

Lastly, I feel like running it for 8 weeks will give the AM community a better view of the products potential.

You may need to run a PCT for it. Take a look at Invalid Link Removed

at 2 caps my log will last 6 weeks.....i am leaner which is my goal, my diet is pretty strict though so not sure how much osta has to do with it

I like what you are doing here! Your log has given me insight and convinced me to purchase a bottle for myself. I wasn't keen on spending a great deal of cash on Osta but after the reviews I have seen, I now believe it is worth it. I'm anxious to try out the joint rehabilitation properties of Osta.

I've noticed my abs popping out more and more. My diet hasn't been the best but it's surely not bad by any measure. I just need to keep my protein up higher.

Thanks man. I hope you have some success with it as well. If you have any questions, just shoot me a PM, brotha.

Do you give in to the appetite or hold yourself off?

I've gotten to the point I just pound BCAAs and water. If something additional is absolutely needed I just cook some egg whites. I'm only averaging ~2600 calories over the past few weeks which is something I plan on changing at the start of Bottle #2.

I took sublingual Osta between Thanksgiving and Christmas. I think it may helped me stay lean through the holidays but not much in the way of mass gains. I only took 12.5 mg/day. I did not feel shutdown at all but then I also took a test booster throughout as well.

jwa254, how are things going?

well, from a life standpoint, things are hectic at the moment, as soon as I finished exams I started:
1) helping my old roommate move out
2) helping my new roommate move in
3) going back and forth between my apt and hometown to grab furniture/etc
4) job hunting as my hours for my current job got cut down significantly

I've managed to keep lifting though and eating with a moderately high protein intake though. My lifts aren't going up tremendously in the terms of adding more lbs, but endurance levels are definitely higher. My thing is: will this go away after I'm off osta? I've mentioned the squat endurance before, but the same thing applies to curls and bench. My muscles just don't fatigue as easily.

I'll get a weight reading tomorrow morning and I should have plenty of time to post a more solid update as I'm finally back in my apartment for a good amount of time.

Sorry for anyone following that was expecting more. I usually do come through with a solid read but I can't pick and choose what life throws at me haha

Alright guys, I'm back in the motion of things. To spare you from having to read day after day updates of the past two weeks I'll start off by giving you the average calorie breakdown:

Calories: 2,530
Fat: 100.3g
Carbs: 224.9g (30.7g)
Protein: 195.9

As you can see my protein isn't as high as I would like (I want to at least get in 250g) but I've been dragged here and there so many times in the past two weeks I haven't had time to actually cook much. I'll be finishing up strong though. Today is Day 35 so I have 25 days left. As it is right now, my schedule is wide open so I should be able to focus on training and nutrition like I want. Nothing to note aside from marginal strength increases, vascularity, and sweating. Hopefully these next 25 days I can up my calorie intake (and protein) and finish with a bang.

I've received news that I'll be logging Drive and Fat Free by App Nuts so that will be directly after I finish up OSTA.

bump for the evening crowd.

played around with the football earlier. running, catching, and throwing. I figured this would be a good way to start getting cardio in.

Also, if anyone is interested in reading my [comedy] blog, here's the link to my latest post:

Everything is still going smoothly guys. I'll get some updates in shortly today. I've been out of town visiting family, then discussing business. As of Wednesday, I was placed in charge of the 2012 Richmond (city I live in) Beerathon. The guy behind the NYC/Houston/Philadelphia/LA Beerathon wanted to bring this event to Richmond and I got picked for the job so I'm super stoked about that as I'm a craft beer (beer in general) fanatic. I'm sure it won't be all fun and games but it'll be well worth the experience.

Nice! I'm a big craft beer guy too. Sounds fun.

nice! any particular favorite? I get really bummed during summer as the seasonals aren't typically as good as the winter ones in my opinion.

Tommy knocker maple nut brown ale. Idaho springs co. Excellent breakfast beer. Lol

Generally a stout and brown ale guy but I've come to appreciate the summer wheats recently.

Ahh that is a great one. Their Cocoa Porter isn't half bad either.

This log did not stay updated as much as I wanted it to, but I've still been sticking to training and eating. Below is an average of my intake from the 19th to 27th. Steady strength increases, but nothing super substantial until today when I hit 3x325 on squats :D

I've got a few days left so expect before/after photos within the next week or so. Then hopefully I can get some time to post a more detailed log for the next run (Fat Free/Drive sponsored by AppNuts)

Additionally, I'm up a solid 3lbs.

Log fell apart but I do have a final review:

+4lb weight gain
+Great mood throughout
+Minimal if any fat gain
+Intense vascularity and pumps
-Price is outrageous for what it does

Not considering price, I was satisfied with the results. I had a solid 4lb gain and felt great throughout the two bottles. Vascularity was off the charts and pumps were amazing. I see this product being better for someone in PCT as opposed to just running it standalone like I did. This would definitely be a supplement that can aide in keeping gains.

However, with that said, the price on this supplement is absurd. I don't want to dwell on this as you guys know the price, you know it's high. If it was $50 a bottle, it would be a different story, but I couldn't see paying $100 for a bottle and being happy with that purchase. Luckily for me, I didn't have to pay out of my own pocket for either bottle.

If the price was reasonable 8/10 would be a fair rating. The price cripples any recommendation I could give though.

If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask. I'll be posting before and afters shortly. I just have to get them uploaded.
