IMPRESSIONS
Tired! I'm going to PSU main this weekend to turn in my app for next year, so I had to get all my work done for the weekend before I went, I didn't get a whole lot of sleep thursday night so I was kinda tired in the gym at 8AM Friday.

I was absolutly beat! I got like 4 hours of sleep and went to the gym at 8AM, the supps did give me a wake up but I was just tired! I PUSHED to get the weight I did on the squat and dips!

IMPRESSIONS
I finished my workout in 80 Minutes and decided to throw in 10 minutes of cardio. I felt fueled today but I had a little bit of a pressure headache behind my eyes when I went it. Still though, I managed to get a pretty good workout in.

-I'm focusing more on my diet, its perfect during the week but I seem to always ruin it on weekends, I think I can finished this log under 190 and STRONGER than when I started, and I am going to push myself to do so. On a side note though even at 199 I still feel leaner than before, and strength is clearly up.

Haha, no joke! It was so hard, and Saturday I walked outside of the place I was saying and the giant PSU beat OSU RIOT was going on, I wanted to start drinking and join so bad!

-Awesome workout today, I threw out my Vitamin C tabs last night as I noticed the pressure headaches started right around the time I started with them, I think the G of VitC in the animal Pak's is enough. so far today I have felt GREAT!

I lift alone to keep myself from chatting to much but I have a normal spotter that's their the same time as me most days, today he wasn't and the guy that spotted me on my incline DB decide to spot the outside of the DB :frustrate !?!?!?!? Not only did he ruin my set as I could have had 10 (with a little help on the last 2) but I DROPPED AN 80LB DB ON MY CHEST!

Nicee ! Last tuesday I asked some guy to spot me in Flat DB bench with the 110's and I was like "I'm goin for 8 reps" and he's like "ok, I got ya.." Next thing I know, I lean back with the dumbbells on my knees and then put my legs down and I see him chatting with some guy doin cable flyes... I ended up only gettin 6 reps because my arms were dead. So just be glad you even had a spotter, lol.

Thats one of the reasons I switched too dumbells, i was sick of waiting for a spotter for Barbell bench, then once you get a spot they're usually half a retard, plus BB hurts my shoulders no matter how I position myself.

I dunno, I started getting them when I began taking extra VitC? I was taking like 1500MG in the morning and 1500MG at night, on top of the 1G in the Animal Pak, They started about when I began so I figured I would stop and see what happened and so far I've been feeling good.
 
Sounds like some very solid sessions and amazing strength. Great work O. Congrats & Good luck with PSU! I feel your pain on the spotters... some people are in a league of their own.

Yea that's a bit heavy on the Vit C stomper. I feel bad about recommending it if that is what led to the issue for you?

I do 500mg twice a day outside what I get in the Pak. I sometimes go as high as 1000mg twice a day but never 1500mg twice a day. Not saying that I know for sure that is too much but just saying that I felt I was going a bit over board at 1000mg twice a day for my current mass. I can't imagine another 1000mg daily intake on top of that yet.

Try dropping that back to less than half of that my man and see how you do. I know that too much of anything isn't good and Vit C can dehydrate you in large quantities. For sure that could lead to headaches.

Convenience is essential for the gym. That's also the idea behind having those packs inside of the cans of other Animal supplements.

I did something similar to how you did with getting the form down on a lot of things and have noticed my strength went up upon doing so.

Today was crazy, up until the last excersizes I was on track for about a 65 minute workout, and on top of that, I was doing my normal or higher weights.

I got the 55LB DB for 4 reps on each arm on curls and I'm pretty sure that's more than I have ever done before, the last 2-3 were kinda cheated but even still I don't think I've ever got them for 5 before anyways.

Once again another day of being fueled in the gym, I mixed the Intra-Aid strong again, I like it much better with like 20oz. water, it taste good and its almost like you can kinda feel it.

-Felt great in the gym today, new PR on the flat DB bench, my only problem is that at 100x9, I would usually jump to like 110, but my school gym stops at 100? My usual sets/reps for this are 50x12, 70x10, 80x10, 90x10, 100xTill Failure. Any ideas on how to switch it up since i can bump it to 80,90,100,110 like i want to? Maybe 50 (warm-up) 80,90,100,100?

That would be good. If you want you could throw in an extra set with the 100's beyond that with as little rest as possible to hit it with a good fatigue already? Deff need to be creative if the db's end at 100. On that note, I wish I could throw up the 100s :|

I would either aim for 2 sets of the 100s or do a crazy explosion first set like 50s for 25 or so reps. You could even do it in a wicked fashion of working up to 100 for reps, then work back down to your starting set like a pyramid up and pyramid down sort of scheme. Or just get wicked and throw in dropsets galore!
 
dropsets rock, but I wouldn't do more than 1 dropset per movement -they're crazy on the cns. But they're perfect when you have limited weight to work with. Just do a few normal sets and then make your last set a triple dropset - you will curse the day you decided to lift.

Another good day, I really like this stack! But If I had to pick just one thing to keep running (and I really think I will) I would be Intra-Aid, I seriously love this stuff, and its so versatile too, When I start doing REAL cardio for longer durations I really think this stuff would make a HUGE difference, AND it works great for weight training too!

FINAL REVIEW​

Ok, so this is long overdue, but with school and all I just haven't had anytime! So here it is, my final review for the "Big Picture Stack"

Final Weight - 196, -4

Final Impressions - I'll go over each individual part of the stack next, but first, the overall "Big Picture". First things first, I think it's obvious that I didn't use the stack the best way it was designed to be used, to bulk. Instead I tried to drop some weight, and add some strength, which I did. I lost 4lbs, and could have done better, but my diet didn't stay as clean as I would have liked most weekends. Still though, I lost 4Lb's and if you look through the log I did as a decent amount of strength. If you knew me, you would know this is especially exciting for 2 reasons:
-1. Because for the last 2-3 years over the winter no matter what I did, I lost or maintained strength but never added any, and I added fat, for the first time in 2-3 years that didn't happen!
-2. My arms NEVER grow, and I can honestly say the I really do notice a difference now, I don't think it huge, but you have to keep in mind that this stack is nutritional based, not a PH/PS, and yet somehow an area that has always lacked in me I got to grow!

Now for each supp:

SHOCK THERAPY - 6/10
I rated this a 6 for one reason, and that is that I have never been huge on the NO pre-wo supps. Out of the ones I have used (No Xplode, superpump250) I did feel that this one gave me that "rush" moreso than the others, this supp just is not my thing. I did get to sample the Animal pump though, and I was really impressed with it.


INTRA AID
- 25/10
Honestly, one of my new favorite supps! I have been pimping this stuff all over the board for a reason, its great! It honestly has the power to really help you push yourself through sets, I dont really know if it a mind this or what, but knowing you have the IA by your side at the gym really makes me want to be there and grind it out. I contribute my growth in my arms a lot to this supp, I could really get my self to PUSH during those sets, and the work paid off. OH, and in case anyone doesn't beleive how big a fan of IA i am, when I make my next order from NP in a few weeks Ill be sure to dig this thread up and copy the receipt, I can guarantee it will have AT LEAST one bottle of IA !

TORRENT - 9/10
I think Torrent is a great supp, just looking at the label can prove how great this can be PWO. And, if nothing else it is SUPER convenient, having something you can mix up all at once and only takes 20 seconds to make immediately after the gym that contains everything you need, think about it. Oh, and the taste! It's enough that you will want to push yourself in the gym to reward yourself with the torrent when you get home.

Ok, so honestly a great stack, I think it can be a little on the expensive side to buy each one, but if NP adds this as a stack as it is on "the other site" you can pick it up for a pretty affordable price. I think the gains were good, but could have been better had I been on a straight bulking diet, but I will defiantly run this again, though probably with Pump. I also really think this stack would be great to run alongside a PH/PS, which is what I plan to do come March'ish when I will add this to my scheduled Havoc run!
