heres a nice picture of my mini fridge after this weekends grocery store visit, I also have like 10Lbs of chicken, 3Lbs 96/4 Beef, and 3Lbs 99% FF Turkey burger in the big freezer, 60 or so cans of tuna, and all kinda of of stuff!

Green Tea, and lots of eggs haha, my 2 favorite things. I drink about 2-3 gallons of green tea a week, and 6-12 eggs a day (half are whites) mixed with a little bit of egg beaters for some extra flavor.

No, not in the military, college.

Na, you cant see it but there's a bottle of amaretto beside the PB, and the sweet n' sour on the other side of the milk. Mix evenly:

and you've got on seriously delicious drink. (too bad I have it sitting there but I wont drink it :frustrate, I guess I just love to torture myself.)
 
You have no idea!!! I really don't understand why but every winter I LOOSE strength and get FATTER, I don't know why, I keep a good diet (I mean just as good as the summer) but really its pretty clean, weekends get a little sloppy sometimes but no different then the summer. Last winter my bench didn't go up, not even 1Lb ALL winter?!?!?!

Winter time our bodies burn a lot of reserves building immunities. Maybe try some extra Vit C with Breakfast and at bedtime? Worked wonders for me. Also if you haven't tried it some ZMA Pro really brings up the strength for me.

Hmm, and after checking my magic vitamin stash I seem to have both on hand, I used the ZMA during my Havoc PCT, and the vit C? I dunno when I bought that.

Awesome fridge, man - I used to have one just like, except I had a penchant for diet dr. pepper, so that would have been in there too.

Keeping up your mineral and vitamin intake makes a big difference, especially when flu season and what not hits.

You must live pretty close to me since I get the same exact diet green tea from turkey hill.. lol nice log !!

I also go through about 3-4 gallons a week of it, I just can't help myself :P
 
Yeah its tough, my roommates always torment me with their foods since they know I try not to eat them, I turned down the nutter butters like 12 times before I finally ate one.

I'm good though, I had a nice "cheat weekend before starting the stack" Tub of "vanilla ice cream bar" ice cream, few packs of oreo's, boxes of cereal (yes plural), chips, sandwich's, pizza (I think I may have gone a little over board) but it was my first time cheating in a little while, and I'm not someone to do things half-assed, if I cheat, I CHEAT. (except the nutter butter, very half assed)
Haha! I used to have cheat DAYS like that too, lol. I didn't just eat a single indulgent meal, but rather a whole f'ing day full just so I didn't go nuts during the rest of the week when i started lifting. I finally got my willpower sorta under control, but it took a while hah.

Cheat days are actually good for your body (Chemical Signalling Wise. It's a complicated mess of Ghrelin, Leptin and others but mentally it is needed.) Sort of like over-training , you need a break eventually!

Sidenote, Sok have you ever weighed your eggs? It turns out my 50g large are actually on avg. 65g!

Yes, I have noticed this, back when I could keep a good diet for more than a week, even if I had 2-3 days of cheating I would actually feel leaner/better? Unfortunately those days spoiled me and I now seem to want fri night-sun every week to cheat.

The willpower secret is throw your cheat food the f**k out of the house! I had to clear the cabinets, and my coworkers know to keep me off the birthday cake list :P

Yes, I used to tell my wife I was supposed to pig out every week cause the guys at AM said so! LOL. When researching for my daily diet, I learned about how adaptive the body is, and even eating too clean without a break will cause it to overadapt to even those foods.

I have not weighed my eggs, lol. I'm still meaning to buy a scale, but I still put way too much in my NP basket every month to spare that little 19-29 dollar slot. Silly, I know but when deciding whether or not to get a tub of Focus Dirt or a scale... the supplement addict tells me to get the new toy to ingest... I still measure with a myriad of scoops and measures knowing the entire time it's not even near accurate enough.

Curious, is there any such thing as too much Vit C? I bought some chewable orange flavored tabs today, they taste really good :D; surely I'm at atleast 10,000MG.

You actually can OD a bit on it but it takes extreme amounts. Avoid over doing it though bro. Follow the recommended dosage no matter how good they taste. You can have a little more since you put your body under duress with exercise though too. If you are using Animal Pak your getting a nice dose already with that.

I use Animal Pak and still take another 1000 to 1500 mg of esterized vitamin C each day on top of that. Usually I take a 500 with my breakfast and a 1000 at bed time. Also, some studies have shown that vit c also helps with your Testosterone levels so it is win win.

ZMA pro goes without saying. Solid supplement that I use every night. I don't get colds.

I agree this log is looking solid each time I check in. As far as vitamin C I only take in cupious amounts when I am feeling something coming on to try and prevent it.

-Today was kinda crazy, I had a super busy day and had to pack all my lifting into 70 minutes, I did my whole normal thing in 70 minutes, I was moving FAST, and I was SOAKED when I left. I dunno how I lifted any heavy weight at all!

Notes: I kept my strenght, and actually whent up a little from last week, even with the very fast paced workout, I finished my entire normal workout and cut 20 minutes of the time it usually takes.

Yes, Its the most I've sweated in a longgg time. I also think my lifts for this day may fluctuate a lot. MY shrugs really depends on my grip as I start to loose it a higher weights, and depends on the prior sets (somtimes I got up to 4 sets of 20 prior to the final set).

Also, does this happen to anyone else? My DB Shoulder presses fluctuate like crazy every week, some weeks it 80x4, some 80x0, some 80x2, some 85x5? It seems like its always changing I took a brake from them because of this and did some other shoulder workouts, but a few weeks ago I came back to them because I missed them :D

Big time! And not just these. It's one of the things I'm researching right now to find answers. Once day I can lift weights for reps and multiple sets that in another week i can't even put them up. This is true for flat bb benching for me as well.

You'll have to let me know what you find, I get it on BB flat too, but it's not as obvious, I mean maybe 5lbs or 1 rep difference every now and then, and maybe 1 week I'll get a 5-10lbs more than the last randomly, but the DB military presses, I remember when I was doing them before and got 80x0 and the next week 85x7 with no spot?

Will do bro. I am sure part of it is diet but it can't be the end all because I eat pretty much the same all the time.

I've sent an email to my boy G Diesel and am waiting for a reply from him. G knows his shiz about this life of lifting and it just seemed to me that he would be the one to ask. I'll let you know what he comes back with when I get his reply.

Well, to be blunt, today kinda sucked. I ground through it but today was one of those days I just didn't feel like being in the gym, mentally I couldn't really push myself.

I think the stress and pressure of mid-terms caught up to me, luckily they're over as of today and I'm hoping I'll be back to myself monday!

Notes: I just didn't feel like being their today, I pushed myself to at least NOT go down from last week, my squats, and dips were both the same as last week. Anyways, for anyone whose had one of those days, I'm sure you know what I felt like today :sad:

I'm gonna try to get a good 10-12 hours of sleep tonight and hopefully i'll be good to go tomorrow, and I'm gonna throw my Deadlifts in another day this week as I don't want to skip them for a whole week.

Yeah, Im trying to pull a 4.0 this whole year though to help my chances of transferring to PSU main next year. And after I get my BA in 1.5 years, I'm considering an MBA so...yet another 2 :eek:

I feel ya on the school thing as I am currently bombarded with school all the time now. When finals come up I will be trapped.

WEIGHT - 197 (another not so great weekend, still not horrible, but not as clean as i would like it to be)

IMPRESSIONS
-Same as usual, Shock Therapy, and Intra-Aid did their job, Torrent taste great, and I'm starting to feel like my arms may be growing just a little (but it could be in my head).

-Strength was up today which surprised me since I missed yesterday and usually when it comes to the gym I'm the kind of person that when I get out of my routine it just messes everything up.

THE LIFTS
-DB Flat Bench - 100x8 (Ties my PR from when i was fresh off my Havoc cycle)
-DB Incline Bench - 80x7 (I got 10, spotter said he barely helped with the last 3)
-Deadlifts - 275x3 (carried over from yesterday, I did these dead last, and i was BEAT)

Only 3.5 more years of school? Man, that's cake! I got 5-7 to finish my PhD!

I'm just messing around, but 2 years for an MBA isn't bad dude, that time will fly by - grad school is intense but you only study what you are majoring in, which rocks.

Sometimes it's good to go into it with a bit of a fire lit under your butt man. Helps make the sets with great intensity. You drive that aggression into your workout and in turn benefit from it. Why not get paid right?

may want to hold up on the purchasing, I was talkin to URep about the possibility of marketing the 3 products as "the big picture" stack or whatever name as I am considering running this again toward the beginning of the summer along side some Havoc, and he made it sound like that may happen. Though I am not sure of any time frame.

That would be awesome. I can get the AP, IA, and T stack now then try the ST, IA, and T stack if that happens to see which I like better :thumbsup:

They could name it the "Full HOUSE" or "Mad HOUSE" stack if 'The House' wants to promote it or I'm sure they can come up with some creative for 'Ox' too because I don't think he has a stack yet... it's a win-win situation either way.
 
Yeah man, I'm actually pretty happy I ended up getting the ST instead of the Pump, If I were running it without the IA I would rather the Pump, but if you check out the Pump Vs. ST threads the major reason the people that picked pump did so it because it lasted longer and the ST wore off quicker, but with the IA, its not a problem and it carries you on. The run Im planning for right before the summer is gonna be crazy though, I'll have to post up what it gonna look like.

Yeah, Definitely. Making this a combo deal and a little more affordable would make it a hit for sure, it's a pretty sweet stack so far...I would love to see what it can do stacked with a PH !!! :woohoo:

LOL oh man, I feel ya on the DB mils bro. I'm the same way. But it is a dang good exercise despite any inconsistencies.
