Saw my Doc yestrday BP doing great on the new meds EKG A OK, minor tear to my rotator cuff :(

Ok so if you look at my composition weight and waist ive gone off track a bit

So gone right back to what was working so well before and is in line with giving the shoulder the rest it needs to repair

Put the HR momitor back on made sure my WO today (Legs which i supersetted woth Abs) was kept between 120-150BP for entire 70 minutes. Rest periods in between sets are as long as it takes for my HR to return to 120

Added 3 scoops of ASGT and the stims definitely helped me stay n the zone as im sure did the 0.75ml of Helios :)

That was as close to puking as ive ever come, normally i can slam shakes directly pre and post WO no problem but the added intensity and the stims really kicked in, Loved it :) and kept all the goodness down

Damn fat should melt away if i keep this up and this is exactly what worked so well for me previously, so recomp it is and hopefully by time the Tren E kicks in the shoulder will be in better shape, EQ yet to take effect due to the long ester.

Ill probably have a MRI some time next week just to confirm everything

Thoughts always welcome?

Ive noticed even though adding 1" to my waist i am far more vascular up top, fat went right to my belly. The moral of the the story is dont be lazy when bulking you still need cardio to keep the fat at bay.

5pm 35 minute run

I always do those before any lift, I thought they were just general shoulder/triceps stretches.

There r 3 exercises in the video. Y that one is pretty standard and I'm doing multiple sets couple of times a day

Ed, I feel like a big ol dummy for not thinking of these. DC Shoulder fixers. Get a broom stick grab hold of it in front of you arms straight bar basically accross your thighs, rotate all the way up over and down as gar as you can get behind you. Do 25 reps every night before bed. I had good results with this when I was doing them. I am going to start them again. He has a whole thread on these over at the intensemuscle site. Everyone I know who has done them loved them and got a lot out of them. Oh the shoulder pump you get from them is RIDICULOUS!!! Heck I just remembered about 10 other guys on here who need to be reminded of these or told about them.

I've been getting a lot of spasms lately, forearm shoulders.mostly. They can be quite uncomfortable anybody here have any ideas ?

K get plenty of potassium and never get actual cramps maybe I should try some taurine ?

I'm having good results using taurine, no more spasms. Doc gave me a rx for the potassium, about 5 bucks for 90 days. Just got thru a 105 plus at work, 12 hr shift, no cramps or spasms, did add about 2 gals of water. The potassium stopped the cramps, since I started the taurine the spasms are gone too! Today was a good test.

Its weird I've done epi tren dbol u name it and never had back pumps

Script for potasium what exactly did he prescribe ill have my doc write me one out. Does he give u B12 shots I'm bona get them to i think

Popped theast of my epi/tren oral pre wo 40/120mg and fingers crossed

Time to take this shoulder for a spin

His name was/is Jim Hellwig. And he is an extraordinary character for sure. He wrote and inked 2 comics back in the late 80's that were very spectacular. He has quite the imagination.
He takes this warrior thing very seriously........as do I. :hammer:

Epi/tren oral is done, liver says thank you :)

Well shoulder really feeling much better even after setting a PR 375 x 7 in chest yesterday, so im tentatively feeling very confident.

Today i did legs and abs

To be honest i just wasnt feeling it, lame workout but i stuck with it and worked up a good sweat for 60 minutes. Was feeling like throwing up the entire time and then when i got back didnt even feel like going to the beach just wanted to sleep, very strange for me. So hasten to say appetite was not there and ive been force feeding myself all day, only about 300g protein for the day normally 375 and that was a real struggle.

Thoughts always welcome?

My thoughts are worthless mate, but I love this log :bigok:

When I hit the natural ceiling and decide to run a cycle you are definitely the first person I will call, keep up the fantastic work!

I love the cat vid, i'd be pretty happy if my hand speed was a good as the cat's... what's the cat taking? whatever it's on I want!!!

lol.. that is a funny .gif and keep the comments coming, love the support

EVERYONE'S thoughts are important, we are all here to help/push one another; that is the reason for the forum. And I second that notion, when I come to the "dark side," Ed, you will be the first one I contact!!!!

Your gonna love it... Cant believe im still making progress

This shoulder issue is only temporary, mate. I know you're not enjoying it in the least bit. But these things come and go with lifting weights. Especially the heavy stuff. I've had my share of aches, pains, minor and major injuries, and even torn muscles over my 27 years of lifting the iron.
Everything heals.......eventually.
It won't be long until you can look back on this like ancient history. It will pass. Just keep doing the Var, use that Alflutop and get back to 100%.

We're all rooting for you, edwitt!!!:arms::head:

thamkyou

definitely on the mend

Lookin' good, Ed!

cheers

Everything in here looks great Ed, well except the shoulder but that Aflutop has my attention to the point I am going to read up a little more but am basically sold on the idea.

BigPR or UNC 21 with say a shoulder injury, for me I know it is the cartilage in the joint you say IM is still going to work fine? Does it need to be localized like same area or is it systemic in nature IE intramuscular just to get into the system but at any location?

What size pins would be best for this?

Damn bro what progress from the start of your journey, looking great!

cheers mate

3ml-22g should have you good. break it up so you inject .5cc at a time or it will burn.

going with a 5/8" slin pin

Damn Ed, every new pic has you looking more intimidating than the last. One day I can be one of the bigs like you!

LOL.... Im just a *****cat

SWOLE!!!!

And the progress continues..........:35::clap2::head:

Looking like a stud Ed! Did you ever find that link to the shoulder stuff I mentioned? If not I will post up in here.

Man jealous of that box on the puter there...
Speaking of that shoulder, as promised the actual post regarding that shoulder exercise from DC training.

Here is an excercise I found to be very good in helping me with my shoulder issues when they creep up. I just need tokeep this in my regimen from now on. I think I may just do them as part of my warm up for upper body.

Text was quoted from Intensemuscle home of Dogg Crap or DC Training. VERY EFFECTIVE!!!! Written by Dante the creator of Dogg Crap training.

"HOW TO CURE SHOULDER PROBLEMS (Trust me this will do it 90% of the time)
With a large towel or broomstick I want you to hold it with straight arms for the entire time of what i describe in the following movement--a large "rolled up like a rope" beach towel works good but honestly a longer broomstick (without the bristles) works best in my opinion. Start out with it with a really wide grip (with straight arms) in front of you (on your quads) and with straight arms bring it up and overhead and then down and back to the middle of your back--STRAIGHT ARMS ALL THE WAY--this is going to be very difficult and hard the first couple times out and then will be "old hat" with time----and its going to be painful in a stretching pump kind of way---i want 50 reps each time you do this--one repetition is from in front of your face (all with straight arms) to up overhead and back, and then down all the way to the middle of your back and then back up overhead to in front of your face again (again all with straight arms)--the important part of the movement is the area overhead that is really tight--do all of this carefully/slowly---dont just whip it over and back---if your hand is slipping off the broomstick even with the widest grip, or you cant bring your arms over straight and the start bending on you, you have some serious shoulder inflexibility and need to work this hard and get up to speed (or you could just need a longer broomstick too)--again do all of these revolutions controlled and carefully--push into the stretch as you go along toward the 50 revolutions, your chest will be pushing outward and your shoulders rolling back--your shoulders are going to blow up with so much blood its going to be incredibly painfull pumpwise--Do this once a day at nite as many times a week as you can---sometimes I have people do it every single day---but every time you do it try to move your grip inward (thats the key)----its going to be very hard to do but try your best to move your grip inward for the next 2-4 weeks and your range of motion with shoulders will increase dramatically and any impingement and the majority of other problems should be gone in 2 weeks--also try to move your grip in as you are doing the 50 revolutions--start off with a stretching but relatively easy 10 to warm up some, then try to move your grip in even by a centimeter if you can for the next 20 revolutions and then at 30 try to move the grip in another centimeter--really try to push what you can do stretchwise once your warmed up here--trust me this sounds easy but your going to be muttering "**** you dante" after you get to your 25th revolution--Ive cured too many shoulder problems with this simple movement now its pretty ridiculous, and this and a menthol rub applied liberally daily and before sleep has cured alot of shoulder/bicepital tendonitis in trainees."

Just stuck 1cc in my bicep with 1/2" slin pin
happy to say no pain worth reporting
5/8" would be better it was hard to get to the bottom of the vial with 1/2" but i got 95% out
went with bicep/tricep as leanest muscle group
I thought that would be painful but wanted to make sure i got it IM

Mr. Kleen... I and my shoulder thank you and THANK YOU BIG for posting this. I have been having on again off again trouble with my right shoulder for about 3/4 of a year.... I was hell bent on setting a PR tonight despite it and did the 50 reps to warm up and then 10 between each set. While I did not get the full 5x5 tonight I set a new PR for 3 (with a screwed shoulder). THANKS!!!!

Ed,

You are a beast.... Nothing more to add... BEAST!

Weight is off quite a bit but im gonna reserve the numbers for tomorow after a carb up, likewise my waist is off a full inch but lets have an official weigh in tomorow

Diet is the same but as you might have noticed cardio up big time and im happy to continue on this path as shoulder repairs. Ill gain back any lost muscle real quick when the time is right, stregnth on the other hand continues to rise so i think the additional 250mg Test finally kicking into top gear.

Shoulder feels great but not gonna push it, ive got a ways to go on this cycle yet, i would like to be in prime condition when the Tren takes effect, at a guess another 3 weeks then its go time

Think i may just go with a balls to the wall dedicated back today and have and arms day tomorow allow an extra day of rest before hitting chest again

Thoughts always welcome?

Gonna start these up tonight. Thanks Kleen and edwitt for the info and video. They will be put to use.
I do lots of rotator cuff work, but have never tried these before. If they work as good as Dante says, I'm down.
A quick 2 week shoulder fixer-upper sounds like just what I need. Right shoulder has been painful and tight for weeks now.
