Operation: "Free my test" (I have low free T)

Long time no post.

No new bloods.

I feel good though. Sleep well as well, still not great since baby still does not sleep through the night.

Took vacation, from Ky to TX. Visiting family. Did legs with my brother, he provided a more endurance and athletic based leg workout. Let's just say I have found out how unathletic I am; the workout killed me. Heart pounded through chest. Out of breath. I'm going to start incorporating cardio into my lifting regiment. The way I felt while doing the workout was not acceptable.

Have also slacked on a fat based diet. Eating carbs more consistently.
 
So. Long time no update. I will eventually get another hormone panel. I will be throwing up another log for another issue. My left shoulder used to nag, but after much prayer (to Jesus) and BPC, my left shoulder is near perfect. My right should is nagging me now, so I will throw up a BPC/MK677 log once I aquire that.

Yes. On my DMZ log, which will be ongoing. Posted bloods. Free test about the same. Total test significantly higher. You can follow there. I cycled. On PCT now. If I have the funds, I'll get another blood test after PCT.

Ok, thanks. I will check your dmz log out. I think I might have been reading it at some point already when I was looking in to Ultra Hard :unsure: Anyhow, so did your "free my test" -operation come to conclusion that boron and nettle root didn't really help?

Nettle root, I couldn't tell anecdotally anything. Boron, I like it anecdotally. I did not have funds in the midst of running those two together, to get a test. Woes of paycheck to paycheck living.

Ok, my experiences has been the same with the nettle root. Boron I have only taken with different T booster stacks so can't really tell. And yea, been there done that with the paycheck to paycheck living.
