Thanks, finally moving upward on a compound (bench)! Been stuck with bench press issues due to shoulder issues. Paying attention to how my form is, how I tense my core has helped a lot. I'm sure my test raising, iconogenin and vector have something to do with it too. I started double dosing Vector, been on about a week now.
 
Also, I'm very critical of stimulants, pre workouts, and such. Demon drops would be a great addition to any pre workout that does not have DMAA, it would probably stack well with DMHA. Goes well with caffeine obviously.

Vector helped my add some size. I ran it for 16 weeks straight.

Been sickly the last 3 days and today so my gyn experience, rest, motivation through the day has been less than stellar. Been dosing 1g vit c on the hour through the day.
 
So us BLR reps are getting to test out the vaso ingredients that will be in the BLR pre workout. Here is a picture of their effectiveness. This blood pressure reading is post leg workout, and mu pre workout was 350mg caff and over 50mg DMAA. Invalid Link Removed

That is my DHT. I'm going to test testosterone again in a couple months. The reason I tested DHT was because I'm going to be testing to see if a specific ingredient truly raises DHT.
 
This is a big deal for me. After a week of poor sleep, being sick with some cold, not getting all the protein that I desire or usually get, I hit 230x5 for 5 sets on the flat bench without a spotter. Invalid Link Removed
 
Something to note. Some say that nettle root extract lowers DHT. I dont think so. I have been taking it daily for over a couple months, and my DHT was in the median range.
 
Push day:
I beat last weeks weight, but not the reps I wanted.

Flat bench
235x5 for 1, then 235x4 for 4.

Next Monday I must hit 5x5.

I liked it the first two times using it. Then it just felt too stimmy for me. Sometimes I would get those cold sweats that I hate.

Used this morning. Took a while to kick in. Only negative side was nose drip. Doesnt feel like OG Kraken. But once this one kicked in, good focus. Still have good focus and I took at 545.
 
Libido is slightly higher. Would assume that free test has risen some.

Also, pushed more yesterday.

Flat bench.

I shall get the full 5x5 next week.
 
My push day Monday was bad. For my 5x5 bench. Did 1 set of 235. Went for the 2nd, and my body said nope after the 1st rep. Went and hit incline DB press. Next Monday I am going to drop the 5x5 weight to reset :(
 
Positive note. I am done with my 2 bottles of researching ralox. Been about a week now. Gyno us mostly gone. No sensitivity. Igf should rise more now. SHBG should decrease a bit. Because of funds I think I will take a break from shilajit and nettle extract.
 
Back day. Update. Started taking cordyceps yesterday. NAMEX. 300g for 40 bucks. A steal. Will take 2g pre workout. 1g a couple hours before bed. So presently taking double dose vector, citicoline, noopept, creatine, pre workout, cod liver oil, and been on synapsa for a while. Brother in law came into town, and he has been working me out intense this week. Flat benched 295 for 1 rep, which is a first for me. He has been hurting me, and I like it. It's going to be difficult, but I plan on taking Monday through Saturday off the gym this week. I have not taken a break since June. Time to let my joints rejuvenate, stim break, and rest.

Hit up some naps if you can man! Whether it’s during lunch at work (head to the car) or after work or whatever, any extra sleep you get will definitely help you heal and recover. I’d suggest talking some walks everyday too just to keep blood flowing. Maybe even some sauna sessions if you’re feeling crazy! Good luck!

Haven't tried that pre before. The label makes it look intense though!
 
You know how labels can be though. DMAA is very hit or miss these days. Excited to try the hordenine in it, heard good things.

Haven't heard much on hordenine.. What are the main benefits from it? increased energy?
 
So the pre workout is consistently good. Not jittery. Great focus and energy throughout workout. Feel energized hours post workout. No crash. Could use beta alanine. Would stack well with something like VasoBlitz for pump aspect.
 
I had been benching wide grip for years. Friend recommended I come in closer to increase tricep strength and size. Started doing that. Switching up my bench weakened my bench. Figured it would happen

I typically do a few sets standard grip bench and then a few sets wide grip. I have a dedicated chest day now but when I did chest and tris on the same day I would do close grip bench as well.
 
Some updates. After changing bench grip, I am getting stronger on the bench press again. Leg press is up to 713 3 sets 5 reps. Started deadlifting again. Am now on Follidrone and Vector. Started that today. Got my DHT tested again; FYI butea superba did not raise my DHT. 66 original levels, then dropped to 54 after using Butea.
