Keep up the good work! What is your dosing protocol for your pulse?

Feel like a jerk. I don't see that I ever answered this. I started the very first day with 3 doses all prior to my workout. Then went to 5 doses per day for a couple of day and I am not at 6 per day. And plan on staying there. I am only dosing 4 days a week.

How are you liking the pulse method? I might pulse a cycle early next year. When I cut.

Being my first time running pulse. I am pleased so far. Come Monday when the other supps come into play we shall really see how the combination works.

Today was an off day and tomorrow is shoulder and cardio. I have been feeling solid the last few days. Lets see how do I explain this. My chest feels like it is thicker as well as my arms. They feel like they are pumped all day. My shirts have been feeling tight in the upper body and looser in the abdomen area. That I am pleased with. Tonight my cousin stopped by while he was in town and was shocked at how different I looked compared to a month ago when I saw him.

ok so this morning I took some liquid clenbuteral and T3. I think I had a tad too much in the dropper. Kinda hard to tell being there is no marks on it. My dropper is 1ml @ the half way mark so I took half of the half. I am going to go get a new syringe that is marked to make it easier. After doing lots of research and talking to my doc about it. I will dose it for 3 straight weeks and take 3 weeks off. There are so many different views on how to dose it can be overwhelming. My Bro and I had a plan of taking it 1 week on 1 week off. But like I said after talking to my doc about it I chose to go with the way I described 3 on and 3 off. I was not going to start this until the first but figured I might as well start at a low dose of 20 for two days then hit it like this 40/40/40/60/60/60/80/80/80/100/100/100/120/120/120/100/100/80/80/60/60/40. The T3 will be dosed starting at 50 and pyramiding up to 125 and back down to 25 at the end. I already feel it working. Have kind of a chill running through my body kinda funky but nice. No jitters as of now and no headaches as of now either. Now as far as M1P I am dosing this now at 5 ml per day and have no plans on bumping it up. I was going to run it at 6 ml per day but decided not to. Tonight's workout will be shoulders as well as cardio.
 
Is that tapered layout for your clen dosage? I have never ran it, but I don't know if tapering back down would be beneficial. I think once your adrenals are clogged, going back down in dosage would be useless. But then again like I said I've never ran it.

Also, what is it, 200mcg/mL?
So you took 100mL today?
That's usually how I see liquid clen sold.
 
Liquid clen is fun. Yeah, if you don't have a small syringe w/ numbers on it, you can get yourself in trouble. Clen aint no joke!
 
man i dont trust clen esp in those alcohol filled bottles........only way to be accurate is with pill form or powder

The tapering is the clen. It is normally done that way from everything I have read and talking to the doc. I took about 25 ml today. Hard to know exactly since my dropper does not have any markings.

I dont see a problem with it. The dropper that is all clear with no markings is ruff but if you get one like this Invalid Link Removed then everything will be ok. This is the type I am going to go look for. I have one that came with the M1P. Might try that if I dont find one like the one I posted.

how do u know ur getting the right mixture in the syringe man? you dont is the answer. you swirl the bottle and its pretty much a crapshoot of how much ur gettin

I see what your saying. With the liquid out does trend to settle to the bottom. One should turn the bottle upside down and shake it prior to use. But like I said I see your point.
 
Always wanted to try this. Read alot about clen and stuff makes me nervous. But like anything. If used correctly, less side effects
 
Holly mother of God bro both wow. I wanted to try T3 but not ashamed to admit scared lol. I tried some liquid Clen, didn't do squat for me. Hope yours works better.

How was your cycle? Did you go 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off.?
 
Well I took the clen for three days and for some reason i couldn't really get much from it. I gave it to my friend that competes and he freaking loved it lol. I want to try T3 though how is it so far? I had one friend try to get me to do DNP.
 
Yesterday was a success, no side effects what so ever. I went and got a new dropper that actually allows me to read how much I will be using. Yeah lol... this morning I took the same does as yesterday same thing with the T3. I had no problem going to sleep either.

This all should work out great using the M1P should help with keeping any possible mass loss while using the clen and t3. win win
 
I researched clen for about 2 years before dropping about 5mcg under my tounge. I was pretty nervous. Now, I love the stuff. Still wanting to try T3. I could imagine, combined w/ the M1P, this could yield some impressive results!

That is my goal. Come monday I add in some epivar... Shhhh dont tell anyone. Ha ha

while there was no side effects were evident. There is one thing that is weight gain. I am now sitting at 249. Come Monday the diet changes and other things added into the mix. I can't really tell if I have put on size due to M1P or just holiday eating. I can say it is a mixture of both after xmas I was at 246 and my diet has been fairly clean.

Today was interesting. I had plenty of energy for this work out. Even in a fasted state which I was surprised. Usually my energy is down and strength is down when I train fasted. I was smart about this session as I did not go heavy even though I could have easily gone much heavier.

I am putting on weight fast. Not too sure I like it as I have worked real hard to get it off. As of this morning I am 251. 9 lbs heavier than I was in the beginning of Dec. But never the less today everything is added into the mix. New diet and supps. I feel like I am catching something my throat is freaking sore and glands are swollen. Oh well not going to let it stop me. Now here is something I have noticed. Both of my wrist are a tad sore. Don't know why exactly. In the first post of this log you will see my starting pics from when I started taking M1P and now here are this mornings pics.

Funny thing is everyone that see's me thinks I have lost more weight so hope fully it is more muscle gain than fat.
 
Looking good man. Im in the same boat. The thing Ive been noticing personally. Is that on my arms, Im starting to notice veins come through. The belly shots do no justice for us man. Keep Killing it. Im starting this week to have a solid nutrition plan by the end of the week. And Going to get the most LEAN i have ever been!!

First workout of the new year was pretty solid. Had the day off so I had a fasted workout. The pictures posted don't really do justice to me since me skin chub is still evident. LOL. But the close are fitting loser and the weight has gone up so it is obvious to me that the M1P has helped with this. Today started the addition of all the supplements I will be taking as well as the new diet. Still will be following the lean gains protocol just lower calories to help me cut.

For the next 4 weeks an addition of an a extra rep will come into play.

funny you mention dvd's I was considering starting the p90x along with training and use it as my cardio.
