Well one week in to OCT PCT and everything going fine
Without blood tests the only things I have to go on are libidio and Strength. During this PCT my main goal is to not lose any of the strength gained on cycle. To Measure this what i did is one exercise for each bp 5x5 during my final week of cycle.
I then use that exact same weight during the 1st 3 weeks of PCT i don't go up in weight as my focus is maintaining where I was I might go up in reps however.
So this week which is always mentally the hardest part of PCT for me and technically when you should be at your lowest because your natural test needs time to start kicking in from your PCT.
Flat DB Presses, DB rows, DB curls, Rope Pushdowns, Leg Presses and Calf Presses are stayed the same weight as on cycle.
The only thing is I forgot recovery time isn't as fast and I my chest and traps were sore 48 later something i didn't have while on cycle.
Now I know many people say you MUST have a serm etc. But I don't go by theory I go by experience so I needed to try OTC for myself. I also come from a time when everybody said OTC Supps 4ad, methyl 1-t would NEVER work. I have almost 15 years experience with A.S. So i know how my body reacts during PCT. Also since this Is my first OTC PCT I do have Letro and Nolva in an emergency. I don't plan on using them unless something comes up.
Remember everybody is different and what works well for me might not work as well for you but so far so good on OTC btw I am also not using the Kitchen sink approach with OTC either.
