very nice stack set up you have going into the meat of this year. the Prime/OEP/TNA stack looks awesome, and the MST pre w/o your going to love.

I really think i may whip out some of the MST products durign my cut seeing as they are great for upping my endurance level.

Update:

Again apologies about not keeping everying up to speed during my deload week. Its hard for me to be active and update frequently when i have nothing to report.

I will be starting my new log today...will post up details later.

I just got my Pink Magic in the mail....and I am so ready to try this out. I will keep my word to AI and run their supps first when they arrive in the mail. AI is doign a bang up job with innovations and furthermore in how gracious attentive, and giving their company is as a whole. Due to this I will wait patiently because lets face it....they are worth it.

As far as my opinion goes on USP labs...i think you all know how much of a whore i am for USP labs. But I will state my skeptiscm in this new product. I am eager to truly break this product down to its bare bones and give everyone a spot on review.


As far as this log goes i will continue to post lifts but the details of the supplements will be in the other logs. Therefore once they are up feel free to unsubscribe this one until i post another link back to this log when my respective review logs are done.

Alright gentlemen im back after a very very busy 72 hours.

Thursday: Class, studying, errands, bench workout

Bench day:

235x5
275x5
305x6
365x1
305x7

This workout i was very very mentally out of it. I didnt wanna be in the gym. I didnt wana be workout out. I was grumpy, tired, emotionally beat, feeling very very weak and just all around tired. But I busted through the entire routine and added a few extra afterwards b/c i didnt want to succumb to the inner b*tch that started to creep up on me.

Entire routine:
Bench
Dumbell bench (my gym only goes up to the 120's so i settled)
Dumbell incline (light and little rest)
Push Ups
Skull Crushers
Tricep Extentions
Dips

Called it a day. I said to myself that if i was physically out of it, shoulder hurting, elbow, back, etc etc it woudl be wise to end early. But since it was all mental and emotional, i added to my workout and beat the b*tch out of myself before it began to spread.

Friday: Hospital clinical lasting all day.

Saturay: 12 hour shift with fire rescure then turned into a 14 hour shift. I was up 24 hours with everythign i had to do.

Today: Mothers day. Squats. Studying for exam on tuesday i have had yet to start studying for. For squat im going to start training my body to get use to 600+ lbs so next time i max out i can hit over 600 hopefully.


So very busy times. Ill take a break today to catch up with logs that i havent been able ot in the past 3 days.
 
Quick Random Late Night Thought:

If there is an individual who excells at something...be it he is stronger then you, has a nice six pack and you have a gut, is a professional rock climber, has an amazing physique, and so on....the skinny, lazy, unathletic sh*tface should not sit there and correct him on what he does or has down to get to where he is at. Or better yet the know-it-all prick who loves to hear his own voice and has an answer for everything but when all is said and done has accomplished nothing but waist your time with his misinformed uneducated rants.

Random I know, but i was in contemplation and this was something which makes me yearn to become more knowledgeable and train to achieve greater goals, so i wont turn into that a**hole.

I truly believe that is what we all hope for. After training hard and with the level of dedication I have now, I realized this truly is a journey to reach your goals. Nothing comes overnight and it is in the journey that we grow the most both physically and mentally.

225x12---> as the last with the last two rest pauses
225x8---->all rest pauses but 2-3 seconds pause

Incline: 30 second rest

Hit a little biceps and triceps after that.



No real notable increases in strength. Just trying to survive everything thats going on. Right now I dont know how my squat day is going to play out but i wanna squeeze in something before bed. Im running on 2 hours of sleep so im passing out quick tonight.
 
Awesome work as usual, and you will remain humble because vanity is not in your heart. However recognition and self affirmation of the gifts God has blessed you with is not vanity nor does it foster complacency. Instead by being grateful for those gifts makes you desire to amplify them.

As a young man I still must mature in order for me to be able to differentiate between vanity and acknowledging my gifts. Due to my youth i feel it is very easy for me to flirt with vanity if given the chance. This being said, may i grow in maturity so that i can be grateful and acknowledge my gifts without being vain. As of late individuals like yours Kleen provide an excellent example of this that young-ins like me can learn from.

Believe it or not i wasnt really pushing myself that day. I was taking it kinda easy just in case i had to run out on a call or what not. Popped 5 Motivate before hand and gave him 6...he seemed to have liked it.

The guy i was lifting with was about 293lbs and about 6'3. I felt like a child next to the guy. But when he saw me rep 225 he didnt quite believe what he saw. He put up 225 for a clean 4 then 3 more with my spot(and he was described as having bull strength). Needless to say i tried to help him out and gave him a routine, diet, and my fave supps.

Speaking of which...dont firefighters get some sort of deal with AI?

Today was squats. Was quite exhausted from the day. Lots of work im trying to get finished. Started Organic Chemistry today. Finishing up all EMT paper work due over the next two weeks so i can focus on orgo.

I am starting to divert slightly from the 531 routine seeing that i just wanna lift to maintain strength and get back to work.

Routine:

Warm Up nice and low

405x2--->below parrallel to warm up all them stabilizer muscles

Working sets: I was wearing EMT/Tactical boots so I was below parralel since i did not adjust the spot bars to compensate for the increase in height

Called it a day and now im working again. Cant wait till i finish up EMT and can focus on Orgo and cutting. The cutting routine will have one hell of a stack! Ill get into it more later.

Thank you! Working hard to raise them. I remember when i first signed up to AM everyone was telling me my squat were lacking. So ive been putting a lot of emphasis on getting my squat numbers up. Little by little all the hard work is paying off.
