ON pro complex vs regular whey after a workout

The first time I got on whey protein. Then when I finished I switched it up to pro complex. I am now on my second tub. I take two scoops of pro complex after my workout usually and sometimes at night. Would you suggest I keep taking pro complex. Or switch back to straight whey or hydrowhey. My parents will only buy me one though. Thanks

Ok. But is the pro complex fine for buildin muscle if I can afford it. Or should I just take hydrowhey. Cause my parents don't want me taking more than just one protein powder

You can get the same benefits and save lots of money by buying regular whey and adding in bulk bcaa powder

Explain it to your parents that way

I prefer whey isolate for post-workouts.

I enjoyed Pro-Complex, but I now have Trutein trumping it for my choice of blended protein. I like to use these for meal replacements when I have to, as the digestion rate is slowed and varied.

Not really an issue because nutrient timing is irrelevant. I'd worry more about the macros and taste of the product. Me, I take in no liquid shakes because it is unsatisfying and ALWAYS tastes better mixed in greek yogurt/oats.

No real difference. You could even just skip the protein powder and have a real meal. It will be much more filling.
