So AA is an omega 6 and all omega 6 do the same think/the same think x factor does right? So could you just take omega 6 well if they sold omega 6 gels to get the same benifits of AA? Its a ? I'm not shure what I'm tryin to say is correct, anybody?
not the same.
omega 6 is linoleic acid , the gets converted to gamma linoleic acid, which then become arachidonic acid. so an omega 6 pill is not the same, but it was a good thought,
So how much LA do you need to get the gram on AA?not the same.

Certain foods are good sources of AA. Egg yolks have an average of 65mg/yolk I believe.
yes it does belong to the omega 6 family, but taking LA or GLA alone, is NOT the same as taking pure AA.
because it still needs further breeakdown to get to AA
Not arguing with that. Just made it a bit more clear with a picture.
wait so if i eat 20 eggs a day ill get the about 1000mg of AA?
wouldnt that be cheaper than buying x-factor
I don't know about where you live, but eggs are freaking expensive in my town - it'd be WAY cheaper to go with X-factor than eating twenty eggs a day!
well isnt the source of the aa in x-factor eggs
yeah i definately couldnt eat 20 eggs a day for 20 days.
its hard enough remebering to take my bulk x-factor everyday.
