I've got my workout typed up for tomorrow. This is what sucks though, unless I go back through my log I don't know what I did for certain exercises, such as the destroyer sets on my delts. I'd rather know week to week what I am trying to hit, then do something every 2-3 weeks and have to guess at the weights....
Maybe I am just making this to complicated???
