Went and helped my dad mix some concrete and sets a few posts. We were only out there about 45mins but I was covered in sweat by the time we got done. Supposed to be close to 100 deg here today, and I think the heat has set in early!!
Supposed to be shoulders and chest today. I normally just type up a quick review of the routine from meadows for the day I am lifting and print it out. That way I can just look at the paper and know what's next. Well I did that today, and LEFT IT in the printer!!
So when I got to the gym I didn't know for sure what I was supposed to do. So I decided my shoulders grow pretty good, and I need some work on my chest. I'll just swing it with what I remember on chest and then add a few more excerises in and really hammer chest today instead of hitting both body parts.
So a few of the excerises are what meadow calls for, and a few of them aren't.
Flat DB Bench-
70's x 12
80's x 10
90's x 8
100's x 6,6
It's been a long time since I tried to push the 100's, and it felt pretty good, so I did another set and recorded it haha. Kind of sucks that is the highest my gym goes

Pec minor Dips-
2 sets 15 with BW
Felt very strong with a lot of endurance today!!
