OLYMPUS LABS GETTING JD RIPPED WITH DERMATR3N !!

I've got my workout typed up for tomorrow. This is what sucks though, unless I go back through my log I don't know what I did for certain exercises, such as the destroyer sets on my delts. I'd rather know week to week what I am trying to hit, then do something every 2-3 weeks and have to guess at the weights....

Maybe I am just making this to complicated???
 
No gym this morning. I've got stuff to do around here before my interview. If I have time between them and work I will go, if not I will catch up tomorrow..
 
You could always write it down. I carry a notebook with intentions to record my #'s but I forget! Lol Also, you could look back on your log as you're typing up your routines.

I usually write down my weights, it just gets crazy because each workout is q little different than before. ;)

No gym today.
Besides being very nervous, and they could tell haha, my interview went pretty well I think. They said they'd contact me tomorrow one way or another.

Nothings planned for tomorrow, so I'm hoping to hit the gym first thing in the morning!!

Try Jefit. It's free and tracks everything. I can easily see any exercises most recent work, and every set since I started logging.

It'll also tell you what you need for volume PR's or 1RM PR's.

Awesome! I never thought about that! I've had that app forever and just use it for some workout ideas.

I would have said Wow if you can lift that i need to check out your form. That way i could justify standing around eyeballing ya. WAIT WHAT?

That had to be pretty awesome though.

Shoot if he wants to do that one you can share what the template you already put in for that program and he wont have to rebuild it from scratch.
 
That's pretty slick.. I have it all printed out and in a binder I take to the garage lol

I too take the printouts to the gym because he's so particular with the movements, but I also keep them in Jefit for the sake of knowing what I've lifted previously, and when I record a lift it will start my timer to whatever time break I have scheduled. I can set my phone down and it gives me a 5 second beeping countdown through my headphones. I really, really love the app.

Oh, I missed this. My templates are 'shared', I believe. My username is the same there as in here. I have all of Program 3 on there and will have the rest of Reactive Pump in there in a couple weeks.

Not sure what is going on, but I have had no motivation to go to the gym. With what I am on my test should be raging and I wanna kill the weights, but I just can't get in the mood?? I just started Prami a few nights ago, but i wouldn't think it had anything to do with it?
I am going to go ahead and go this morning anyway. Hopefully when I get in there things will change....
 
It's probably just from the stress and being sick!! Just get in there and bust out a good workout! I'm sure you'll feel better!

Feeling lethargic or just your head isn't in the game?

Well, that had crossed my mind, but I have been lethargic before and don't really think that is it. I would think the dose of test I am on, I wouldn't have any problems with lethargy. I tend to agree more with Kat. Being sick, stress, no carbs, etc. I think is just playing a toll on me. I did get in and have a hell of a workout today. Once I got in and going, it went well.

I do think I am going to add my carbs back in. I'll be upping my dose of tren and adding in epi this week, so the extra carbs shouldn't hurt any ;)

Swole up today!! Shoulders were on fire!!!! The push ups and destroyer set had them so tight it was crazy!! They hit the front and rear delts both, so they were pretty pumped already..

That was a solid workout indeed. Probably is the low to no carbs, I feel so tired all the time when my carbs are low.
 
I forgot you just cut carbs out! No doubt, that on too of everything else will completely zap you!! So glad you went anyways! That's was a heck of a workout!! :) Looking great too btw!

Yeah, if you increase the size of a picture you're stretching the pixels, so naturally it's going to blur a little.

I'm so glad you're feeling better and got in extra cardio too! ;) I'm sorry about the assistant manager position! It just means that's not part of the plan!
 
Yeah when you drop carbs you should replace them with some coconut oil or mct's so you have energy readily available and it kick starts you into ketosis so you are burning fat for energy. It just helps that metabolic shift take place.

I should have learned that last time I went low/no carb. My brother was even talking about how he uses a lot of cocunut oil pre workout.

I was pretty wore out, but pumped also at the end today!! Started off killin it!! And slowed down as the workout went on. If today would of started out with a big lift like squats, or deads, I am pretty sure a PR would of been set :D

Something I keep forgetting to mention is I seem to get short of breath quicker between sets? Is it the tren that is doing it? Has anyone else experienced this?
