Currently on 500mg test e, 250mg tren e and exemestane and AI/supports.
I would most certainly do before after pics, and would update with relative frequency (at least a couple times a week). I usually include training and some pics of food, as well as anything relevant to the compound being logged. I'm relatively knowledgeable about training, diet, supplements and PED. I've used AAS (including legit var), PHs and other milder things (osta, XI-KT, UR Spray).

TRAINING
High volume (30 sets for legs, etc.), hitting everything 2x per week, drop sets every 6 sets. I super/triset everything, and stay on the short side of rest periods (40s-1.5m), so heart's always pumping.
I've been training pretty hard for months, so the next few weeks will be a planned slow down (mostly volume reduction, days off). Call it an overreaching and deload periodization scheme if you will. After that, it's back to higher volume.
DIET
Current maintenance is about 1900kcals, which sucks. Protein is high (~210g), fiber is high (~60g). These two remain unchanged bulking/cutting/whatever. When cutting I reduce fats to the 40-50g range, and carbs fill up the cals. When bulking, I eat whatever as long as I hit my protein, fiber and cals.
Plan is to start out at around 2250kcals and then up 50kcals a week about. Should be up to 3000kcals+ by August.
