Does the old powerfull that nutraplanet is offering in bulk give you that great mood and increase in dopa that the new powerfull does? thanks
 
yes, but you have to use more of the old pfull to get equal effects

what's a good dosage?

man..I got a big dopamine crash over the weekend. I need to stop drinking alcohol. I did 32oz of beer friday night with food. Woke up saturday morning. Depressed as anything, no motivation, life felt unworthy of living. I went running to break the mood and it helped but didn't last to long so I used phenibut to get me up going again. It worked for the rest of the evening and into the next day. But today I woke up and felt zero confidence, quite depressed as well. I felt like I was good to no one. I don't know if phenibut can cause a crash in dopamine like alcohol does or if i'm still getting the effects of the alcohol. I swear I can't drink anymore. When I don't drink i'm fine. It throws my brain chemistry off so bad. Feeling good right now after a workout and lunch.

Cool. Another question would the effects on mood be more felt with powerfull or pea/hordenine combo?

powerfull looks like it will run just under a month at 1 gram 3x a day $15

pea/hordenine combo at NP will run a month at 1 capsule 3x a day for $14



I could also just do the new powerfull at 3 caps a day that will last me a month. I want it for the mood effects more then anything.

what do you think will be most cost effective?
 
phenibut + alcohol could possibly cause negative effects i would think.
 
I've never tried the pea/hordenine, so I can't say. I primarily got the powerfull for the HGH benefits, the mood portion is a bonus

what causes the mood enhancement? The Muira Puama effects on dopamine or the increase in total free test from the saponis?

the dopamine rush from the muira puama. kinda like how u get that euphoric feeling right when u start drinking, its the dopamine rush.
