Most of us tend to eat the same foods week to week. Just track macros for a few days a week. This will give you an idea if your nutrition meets your goals. As far as carb tracking, I learned to avoid foods with processed sugar in them. Doing this alone helped reduce the waist size.
Volume is not even close to your routine, lol. No simple sugars here, it's poison.
I would like to give my cycle a sort of test base, as libido is suffering and test levels may be low.
On hand I have 4-AD RDe ( 4-Androstene-3b-ol,17-one Hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin) would you recommend taking it ?
