These are some well balanced lifting sessions. Awesome volume and weight being used. Nice job HG!

Most of us tend to eat the same foods week to week. Just track macros for a few days a week. This will give you an idea if your nutrition meets your goals. As far as carb tracking, I learned to avoid foods with processed sugar in them. Doing this alone helped reduce the waist size.

Volume is not even close to your routine, lol. No simple sugars here, it's poison.

I would like to give my cycle a sort of test base, as libido is suffering and test levels may be low.
On hand I have 4-AD RDe ( 4-Androstene-3b-ol,17-one Hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin) would you recommend taking it ?

No morning wood, some lethargy through the day, had to force feed myself. Before gym, 1 teaspoon Matcha Tea did the trick again.

Today I did something different.

My gym has 34 machines. Standing all in parallel lines, like iron soldiers.

It took me one minute to plan my attack...

It took me 2 hours and 17 minutes to kill every single one of them, with 2 sets to failure.

Muhahahaha

Today was my first s.h.i.t.t.y. workout.

My goal was to bench 242 lbs today.
Started off with 198lbs then noticed, it's not my day.
Instead of stripping weights off, I switched to machines. After 40 minutes, when almost finished, strength and enthusiasm got up but I had to get home for work.

Will start supplementing with 4-AD as a test base, thinking that low test is to blame.

Of course, blood test would be great !
Where I live you need a doctors prescription for the laboratory, to get the test done. It's a time problem for me, here comes 1 doctor for every 10.000 people, I guess. As long as the sides are manageable, I'll avoid the long waiting lines for an appointment.

End of third week into bulking.
Weight before bulk: 216 lbs/ Now: 230 lbs

That's 14 lbs gain in 3 weeks. I bet half of it is water.
Strength is way up.
Libido 50%.
No lethargy today, just plain aggressiveness.

-feeling less lethargic
-libido at 70%, rising (hehehe)
-BP somewhat high
-cramps and painful back pumps gone ( trans dermal magnesium and soluble electrolytes did the trick)
-still some sensibility to light (no idea why, anyone?)
-got compliments from costumers and friends ("you are getting bigger every time I see you") <---- that's better then Ephedrine for motivation

LGD Currently at 12mg. Yes, I'm shut down. No, I'm not on TRT. As test base I pop 2x 200mg 4-AD.

It seems LGD's action is highly dose dependent.
If you have read logs about LGD, you will notice that most users would do the next cycle with higher dosage.

For me, at 18mg I felt ill. BP got up, cramps in calfs and back, light sensitivity and lethargy. Now at 12mg, I feel better.

ye, I used LGD half a year ago as a kicker for a mast/test/cjc cycle and was pretty good. Strength increase after first week. Only did 5mg ed, cant imagine gains on 18 :) I´m on TRT though, seems to be as supressive as conventional AAS

IMO, if I would try to heal something in my knees or shoulders, it would be with Deca+Test (deca 12 weeks, test 14). I don't trust in the healing ability's of Osta and MK, even though the tendonitis in my forearms is better, I do not attribute it to MK or Osta but to the "Armaid".
Sincerely, I don't know about NPP or tb500.

I had a bad knee injury myself 28 years ago. Only thing helping is building leg muscles without using bandages or braces.

LGD shuts down, like AAS, but it's oral and not methylated, that's a good thing! Gains are starting to get really good, let's see if I can keep them.

About MK, I'm using it roughly 3 month now at a pretty high dosage, it will get interesting, later on, I guess.

About MK, I'm using it roughly 3 month now at a pretty high dosage, it will get interesting, later on, I guess.
Also it doesn't effect the endocrine system so I don't believe it would be permanent if there is no pct but i can be wrong.

Yesterday I visited my farm and found out, that my employees left the property unattended for a day and one cow was free roaming in my plantation.
She ate ALL of the ripe oranges and the growth of one year of my Pitaya plants. I lost one year of careful grooming those plants, they are my future project for self sustaining the farm.

I got so mad, my blood thirsty war-cry was heard for miles. Parrots flew up around me, the dog ran whelping away and all 200 chicken went silent.
The Caretaker and his Family barricaded themselves in their (my) House.
They got off with a warning and a lasting impression of my warrior face.

Today I learned a lesson about the importance of my Central Nervous System while lifting.
I felt like sh*it, lethargic, irritated, fat, ugly, bloated and girly.

But I toughed it out and went to the gym.

I use Exemestane in PCT, Arimidex only in cycle.

I use Exemestane in PCT, Arimidex only in cycle.

I'm currently preparing solutions for oral delivery of Myo Inositol TrisPyroPhosphate for my upcoming cutting cycle.
This compound enhances uptake of oxygen by 60%, ideal for cardio.
My personal lab is full of machines, like shakers, stirrers, ultrasonic mixers and stuff.
Oh ****! Lol you're past supplements, that sounds awesome as ****! Will you log it and if you don't keep me up to how it helps you!

I prepare most stuff "do it yourself style" now. Got today raw material of Ibutamoren, Ostarine, Tianeptine too, will prepare sublingual solutions over the next days.

Clen and albuterol makes me shaky. ITPP (Myo Inositol TrisPyroPhosphate) by itself promises to be a hell of a ride. Look it up.

An hour ago I sampled my first batch of Tianeptine sub lingual, to fight my lethargy and to see if its a good addition to pre-workout.

Lethargy is gone, mood is up !

Ebay has a lot of goodies but I'm sure that designer supplements still have their merits, you simply can't do all by yourself and get the mixed compounds stable.
I have some experience in mixing stuff (will not use the word: Biochemistry, would be far fetched), here where I live, I'm a renown maker of e-liquids and naturalistic medicine.
