Yes I decided to give some stuff a go and I was pretty surprised how effective it was. I will compare my final results with last years to ascertain whether it's worth it.

How did that Turinabol LV go down for you Doug? I am starting the Epistrong tomorrow so the madness is getting kicked up a notch. Oh and I am adding in AT-2 once I get it, probably Monday for the remainder of the run :).

No issues whatsoever, tastes ok and wouldn't matter that much if it didn't cuz 1.5 ml is a pretty smalll amount so just squirt it down the back of the throat...

Again no extra burn with the Clen, I'll keep this dose for a bit and maybe up the clen to 60mcg or something... lets see how it goes...:mischievous:
 
30 minutes HIT cardio this morning... fasted.

I decided to use 60mcg clen in 2 pumps eviscerate this morning as I will be only dosing once today, now it seems pretty warm but not unbearable, might not be good to dose that high preworkout though. Tomorrow is a big test...

So it begins... I started off the day with 40mcg Clen in 2 pumps of Eviscerate, doesn't seem to burn any worse with the clen, I thought that I felt a little jittery stim at first but that is gone so maybe a slight placebo effect.

I will also start 30mg Epi-Strong and 90 mg Turinbol LV today....

Got the snot kicked out of me but I soldiered on through... I mean I knew this was coming and was dreading it. This routine was tough when I wasn't dieting...

Day 1
Chest Flat Db press drop 1 3X8 80/70
Tempo 3-1-2 ss
Incline fly drop 1 3X8 60/50
Tempo 3-1-2 ss
Decline press drop 1 3X8 70/60
Tempo 3-1-2


Back Extended lat Pressdown 3X8 60/50
ss Wd Lat Pulldowns 3X8 165/150
ss Reverse pulldowns 3X8 150/135
ss Lat shrugs 3X8 45

Reverse grip bo tow 3X8 155

By the second cycle I had to drop the weight by 10 lbs across the board and again on the third cycle. The seated rows ss bent over rows I held the fort through all 3 as they do not have drops...

No extra burn with Clen whatsoever... no sides whatsoever I am up to 60mcg for 2 pumps 2 X daily... and it's already starting to work... things could not be going any better. I got to tell you I don't really care much what the scale says as he visual progress is most obvious...

Yah it's starting to look like I might have time to get a little leaner than last year but who knows. Just have to keep on pushing... Can't believe how wide I got doing my back width yesterday, those weighted lat shrugs are fantastic for a finisher...
 
Feeling very large and tight for a prep diet... some good soreness my my chest and back too...

Very tired as I am weening off the diet supps...
 
Weening of is a good thing but hard to deal with. I am giving Lean Gains another shot now. I just had to figure out what type of calorie dense foods to eat. I feel I might have a grasp on it now and am giving it a shot.

Fug! another fuggin blizzard!! I will have to shovel snow when I get home from my 5k trudge through the winter tundra, this will be some intensive cardio. This morning I had about 25 lbs of veg in my bag that was a bitch too... Oh well at least the load will be light while I'm trudging throgh the knee deep fuggin snow!!

Doug you should be able to add in something like Alpha-T2 or Recreate if you want a small amount of stimulation and to get those fatty acids flowing. I am using Forged Burner and some AT-2 as we speak, literal inferno going on inside me with the GH frag on top of it! :dance:

I would add it in but I was on AT2 for 7 weeks so I'll give it a few weeks...

Keeping it consistent! Keep up the good work...

Yah being as anal and compulsive as I am conssitancy is not that hard to come by...:approve:

Throw it in the last four weeks of your cycle, that will work perfect. I am finishing my T3 this week then transitioning to AT-2, less chance of muscle loss with it (well none actually!).

Doug - since you probably have some motivate around, just 1 here or there will not be a big deal for you or your BP. After a few days I was good to go with mild amounts of stims as long as I didn't overdo it and had adequate water intake.

Doug, are you a coffee drinker? I love my morning cup of Joe. I use a rather large cup and it probably affords me 300 mgs. of caffiene to get me going for my early morning workouts.

Never developed the habit and don't really want to as it would tend to desensitize me further.

Had to drop X face to 25/20 on the 3rd cycle.

Noticed my abs popping a bit more and some decent size considering my deflated state. Still lots of work to do and time is still an issue but progress is being made...

Was freezing cold this morning -4 farenheit colder with the wind... hope I've seen the last of that ..

It's relative though Doug, when I am working out and it is 100 outside and the gym is that temperature as well, it will be my day of torture like yours today. That doesn't warm you up on the walk though ;).

It does but it is a warehouse so I hear it gets toasty in the summer. There are big fans and from what I see an AC system. All the luxuries you see at other gyms just aren't at Metroflex, it is all about lifting. They are cleaning it up some though and modernizing the electronics, orginization of the gym and a few other things. It is coming around from when I first went there on day one.

I personally don't like the idea of running 2 methylated compounds. I don't know alot about the Dieselbolan but the Helladrol looks like a h-drol clone of sorts.
