It's hard at first, you just have to get used to grazing.. space the eating out over time.. I generally graze from 9;30Am till close to 2 pm while still getting my meals in...you get used to it and yah it can be nasty...:happysad:

I agree i just couldn't eat like that. Well maybe I should say wouldn't. I am just more about convenience and there is nothing convenient about that much brocolli and cauliflower. I like them but couldn't eat that much without wanting to gag.

You have some serious discipline. I just try to take the shortest and most basic way to cut up for me and go with that. Too much to keep up with like that and I just wont follow through. I don't have the attention span to pay attention to that much stuff that I am not interested in. Meat, nuts, some greens, and blueberries and I am golden and happy.

thaniks and they should be gettting a whole lot better very soon...

Turinabol 3ml ed = 90mg ed weeks 1-6
Androhard 5ml twice dail weeks 2-8
Epi 30mg ed days 1-10 45mg ed days 11-14
S4 50mg ed weeks 3-5, 75mg ed weeks 6-8
Sustain Alpha Liqua-Vade 5ml 2 X 2 days weeks 7-8 5 days weeks 9-12
Toco-8 1 scoop ed weeks 6-12
EndoAmp 1 scoop ed weeks 9-12
Cycle support 1 scoop 2x daily weeks 1-12 and preloaded 2 weeks
Toremifene 60 ed weeks 9-12
Phytoserms 3 ed weeks 9-12
IGH DES 40 mg bilat wd 40 total ed am weeks 1-4, 8-12 or might just go for first 50 days
Testopro 6ed weeks 9-12
Erase 2 ed weeks 9-12
Clenviscerate weeks 1-2, 5-6
Eviscerate weeks 3-4, 7-8..

This should be most of it... might add things as time goes on.. I have a bit of OEP and Alpha T2 left so might run that in there as well...

Nice layout, Looks like some fun :D
Have you ran the Turinabol before? I ran it last year and got nothing from it. First time using HD, so maybe I'm a "non-responder" lol
But I hope it works for you. I even took it to 120mg with no increase in weight/size and 0 strength gains.

I agree this takes alot of time and effort very nice work here.diet is a huge part of the lifting game as well.

Yah you have an easier time getting down I think. I gag too but me trying to avoid this diet was likely my major reason for my lack of success last year. I tried to find an easier softer way and I couldn't... Time to grin a bear it!! It's only 4 more weeks then I will go to Fish, lean beef and grapefruit which is infinitely easier to take...

I have only run the original Halodrol at 50 mg and got results so this should be even better at 90mg ed...

Thanks I am more accustomed to it now...

So tomorrow is a big day, not going to make any adjustments on diet as the addition of anabolic compounds should make a profound difference, if anything I may add in some more protein as needed...

:surprised: not letting a moment go to waste I see, I am lucky I can get a lot of my cardio walking to work and back, it's a real time saver. I can just add in a few HITT sessions as I go along and I'm golden...:mischievous:

That does work well for you having the walk though my legs would be really mad at me; heck I am dreading tonight's workout. Anyways, good to hear things are working well for you with your commute to work.

yah it was an issue for a while but now I see to be used to it, plus now I am going straight from work to the gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays so that's 20k less a week. 60k instead of 80 which was too much.

Doug I assume there is a reason you choose to walk but I would buy a car, I value my time too much to walk that far. And in Houston, walking a long distance is not normally an option as the roads aren't designed for pedestrians and in the summers you would melt.

Not the case where I live a car is more a liability, parking and so on.

What's up DW, when did you start using PH? I thought I remembered you weren't for them last time I posted. Super strict diet man, props on that.

wow now thats some serious cardio.

Yah if it gets to be a bit much I can slow my pace...

Yes I decided to give some stuff a go and I was pretty surprised how effective it was. I will compare my final results with last years to ascertain whether it's worth it.

The diet for me has to be very strict....

Ya one would hope so... Looking forward to how it works for you!

Thanks, I here it's good for cutting too...

So it begins... I started off the day with 40mcg Clen in 2 pumps of Eviscerate, doesn't seem to burn any worse with the clen, I thought that I felt a little jittery stim at first but that is gone so maybe a slight placebo effect.

I will also start 30mg Epi-Strong and 90 mg Turinbol LV today....

Fun time already? Best of luck, I know I always look forward to the incredible strength improvements while on.

And wow, 60k walking each week!? How are you not super skinny? It just seems with your calories, and the amount you walk and workout that you would blow through body fat as well as LBM pretty quick!

This is how hard I have to work to get lean, I only lost another 2 lbs last week which is pretty much on the mark. I am a Classic endo. I know I am lean a good part of the year but it's almost torture for me to be this way...

Anywho down 17.5 lbs in 7 weeks doing it Natty, now lets see what happens with the remaining 8 weeks....

Have you had your thyroid hormones checked out like T3, T4 and TSH levels?

You are working your butt off! 17.5 lbs is great work, you are certainly the most dedicated competitor IMO.

It's age and body type, I have always been this way pretty much. It's not unusual but it is unusual a person like me is a bodybuilder.

I have to be very dedicated or .. no success... been doing it for a while...

Well kudos to you, I'm glad you don't give up blaming "genetics"! I wish more people were like you in that regard. Well done.

However, I think we'd run out of brocolli if more people were like you ;)

I share the pain Doug does but since I near half his age, my metabolism can be manipulated a lot easier. It takes a lot for an endo to stay lean and carbs in the diet aren't part of that. I will forever be on a lower carb regimen unless there is a way around it (IGF comes to mind).

Yah I know I'm not alone...:happysad:

I am gonna start getting jealous again with all the progress being made in these logs... I have a stash to catch up, just not the right time yet. :(

Keep killing it.

I am leaning up quickly, my skin has actually gotten loose again around my waist. Will catch up in a week or so but that is a good sign.
