That's the whole stack chiming in feeling very alpha!!! Phytoserms and Testopro have given me the ability to channel rage from my boys all the way through my body at will... I can feel it!!

I have some real time concerns so I have to push all the way, I do have a deload after this routine and then I start my cycle... In this situation I only know one speed!!

It works and if you don't want all the stim, throw some PES Shift in with OEP and you have the T2 part of alpha-T2 ;).

I generally agree though. I shifted from spending my money on supplements that "might" do something to chemicals that "do" something...
 
Clen may be a better option. I don't know much about these kind of chemicals, but I haven't heard of many things saying that clenbuterol shuts down your thyroid. It also has muscle sparing properties I believe. Obviously, either way, you will want to do your research before making a decision.
 
Yah I have to research the thyroid shutdown from T3 and how risky it is...

T3 is safe if dosed appropriately and tapered on and off. Studies have shown people put on endogenous T3 for years and able to fully recover thyroid function in a few months or less. It does take some research to use it right though.

Clen may be a better option. I don't know much about these kind of chemicals, but I haven't heard of many things saying that clenbuterol shuts down your thyroid. It also has muscle sparing properties I believe. Obviously, either way, you will want to do your research before making a decision.

Clen doesn't affect thyroid, but can lead to heart problems like hardening of the heart muscle, which is pretty bad. That's at high doses over long periods of time, but still enough to make me concerned. I prefer Albuterol.

Ephedrine is probably the "safest" as far as sides, and quite effective for the price.

Yah I will use it transdermaly where there are next to no sides but not orally. Even Ephedrine is too much for me...

Yah that few months is also a concern. How much fat can a person gain in that time.

I wasn't in the best of moods last night when this one really big guy disrespected me, I guess he thought I'd back down on account of me being old and him being so goddamn big... I basically told him if he didn't stop with the lip I was going to throw him through the window and I meant it, he must have seen it in my eyes cuz he shut his beak... I can take some things but disrespect is not one of them.

Oh and my morning Cardio consisted of a 5k walk into the teeth of a blizzard in about 6 inches of snow... I had snow blindness when I got to work and ice on my eyebrows ...
 
The way home was pretty bad, this time the wind was at my back though. I ran into over a foot of snow on the bridge though some tough going let me tell you.

I saw more signs of fat loss this morning, curious to see how this turns out weight wise. I seem to be maintaining my mass very well so weigh in will be interesting. I willl be surprised if I am down more than 2 lbs and not surprised if I am down less...

Hey DW, the only carbs I'm eating are from 4 slices of Sesame Ezekiel bread and about 15-20g from oats or brown rice in the morning, along with the residual carbs that are in everything, like natty peanut butter & what not. Do I need a refeed day? Or am I alright?

Yah I would do one, you want to replenish your glycogen and it will speed up your metabolism. Just keep the fat low when you carb up...

Volc I ran UD2.0 with more cals, like 2400, and very low carbs and the refeed day made all the difference. You need it and it will make the metabolism red hot for a few days after as well. Just use your partioner(s) and you will fill up like crazy!

Full out attack last night and I have to admit it was heavy and my lungs almost exploded and I wore out, last day on 10's and ask anybody who has done HST that's a tough sprint... I am very pleased with my effort though and only missed on the second set on a few exercises...

Front Squats 245 X 10 X 2 This was awesome, I had a young guy work in with me and he was going for it so I was pumped, my sets were deeper lol Thiis had me sucking wind for most of the rest of the workout, my brreathing still wasn't that good...

Incline db press 95 X 10 X 2 only 8 on second set...
Lat pull-down 170 X 10 X 2
Bent over rows 185 X 10 X 2
Push Press 145 X 10 X 2 only 7 on second set, but I was really laboriing by this time

O bar curl 145X 10 X 2 not that sloppy but hit the wall and stopped at 6 on the second set, I was totally spent...

I could hardly walk home after this was done, about 3k in I was much better and the last 2K was very brisk

I weighed in 235 with is 3 lbs down from last week 12 total 9 since the pics were taken.. I was a bit surprised cuz I seem to be maintaining mass very well. Oh well I can't complain things seem to be going very well...
 
Here's an interesting bit of news. My source ran out of LR3 so they offered me DES which is supposed to be stronger. It just happened to be cheaper so I got an extra bottle... I could have waited for the LR3 but the DES just seemed like the better deal...

Yah I researched it quite a bit and some do prefer DES and the fact it was cheaper. Due to the short half life I am going pin 40mcg about 2 hours before workout... seems to be the way folks are rolling with this...
 
Isn't IGF-1 LR3 supposed to be pinned POST workout due to insulin-like effects and need to carb up? Is DES different in that regard?

How often are you dosing, just once pre-workout?

I guess in the morning on nwd's 40 and pre-workout 40, yah it seems to be dosed differently I guess. I am still researching...

2ml 1gran so 500mcg/ml = 8 units per dose for 40mcg nes pas...

Ok DES does have a shorter half life but it binds to the receptor so that is supposed to make it stay in the bloodstream longer, in order for it to get it to bind to the receptor quicker, IM injection may be necessary.

I am thinking 40 ed in the morning and 40 on work out days in lagging muscle area's...
 
Much more enjoyable carb up after I got rid of the rice crackers and added he low fat frozen yogurt and the spud before dinner... It's amazing how ravenous I am after a week of low carbs and I love how all my muscles fill right up. I understand how ****-loading is supposed to work, the only problem is that it doesn't allow a lot of time to get rid of excess water. What if you used a mixture of low and higher glycemic carbs and did not spill over...? Right now I am not holding water I took in about 600 grams last night and am pretty full. If I just didn't eat very much but say rice I should be ok.
