yah I meant 45 35 20 but I will go higher on protein and lower on carbs sometimes...
 
Ok did some math ...

I have 36 Epi-strong left I could go more of a kickstart method and go weeks 1-4 45 mg pulsed 3 times weekly or do 30 mg for 6 weeks or kcik start the whole cycle for 2 weeks 30 mg for the first 10 days then 45 for ten days no pulse...

Turin 90 mg ed 6 weeks 1 - 6

I have enough androhard for 7 weeks so 2-8 5ml twice daily

S4 start with 50 for 2 weeks then up to 75 for 4 wks 3-8

AndroHard you can get easily, you know where to as well. Do a google search, I know there is still stock as I looked not too long ago. If not that Sam, grab some MMV3 if you don't have any, it is nearly the same. Heck, I have 3 bottles, we can surely make something happen for you :).

Based on what you have going, an insane stack mind you :), I would do a max 3 weeks and get the dose as high as you can right away. Epi should kick in pretty quick and if you throw in AH in week 2, by week 3 that will be making itself known then as well. Turin will take 3-4 weeks to get going, I think that will give you the most of weeks 1-3 and then you are only on one methylated oral for the remaining 3-4 weeks which your liver will appreciate.

Good advice Fin. I also advise DW to just run the Epi straight at the beginning of the cycle. It makes for a great kick-starter.

Don't pulse it.

Yah that is what I really wanted to do, but I am not an expert with hormonals so it's always better to run this by you guys...

I am going to be adding some Clen to my Eviscerate during cycle, do you forsee any problems with this..?

No. I don't foresee any problems with some transdermal Clen at all. Should really help you out with leaning up nicely. Keep the dosages reserved. No need for extremes.

Strong front squats and curls. I'm guessing O bar curl is Olympic bar? 120 x 10 is pretty darn good!

2 of my specialties, a lot of exercises I can't do big weight on becuase of recurring injuries but these have been steady... I will approach 155-160 for fives on Obar curl, might not make it on a cut though. Just so you know there is some body englsh when I get into the big weight though. Somewhere around 140 I have to start to lean back bit to initiate but I still get massive contraction. Up untill then the form is squeaky clean...
 
Looking good Doug, you are going to cut up with that Clen. Raising the bar, I may need to pick some of that up for a transdermal application ;) as well.

Yep, so lets put it all together now

Weeks 1-2 Epi-Strong 30 mg first 10 days then 45 for 4 days...

Weeks 1-6 90mg Turinbol LV

Weeks 2-8 Androhard 5ml 2 times daily

Weels 3-8 S4 2 weeks at 50mg then 4 at 75 depending

Weeks 1-8 Clenviscerate can't remember how people do this 1 week Clenviscerate I week Eviscerate or something...

PCT will likely be low dosed clomid, Phytoserms, Testopro, TRS and maybe throw in some Fadogia... and ... Ostarine will run the Ostarine right into the bridge likely but PCT will be after the contest. I will peak on cycle.

I've used Clenviscerate to good effect, I just mixed it in the bottle rather than bother with mixing in the clen each time.

What I learned was not to apply Clenvis before workout, it burns like a bitch during and in the shower (at least for me)! I used it after my workout shower.

Yeah, the recommended approach is to rotate 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off for beta receptors. I didn't follow that though...

I used ~30ml clen at 200mcg/ml after I had used Eviscerate for a few days. I ended up putting in another 10ml later though. I think the clen was underdosed though, my rats were not shaking when they drank it...

There's a whole mega-thread on clenviserate somewhere in the anabolics forum...

The source I was looking at uses 100 pre ml so I'd have to use twice as much. You must and had about 100 ml of Eviscerate left in you're bottle so about 6 ml of clen for 100 of eviscerate...

"Just to go over the mixing again... so no one cooks themselves...

-Most liquid clen is 200mcg/mL and comes in a 30 mL bottle. That equals 6000 mcg of clen per bottle.

-Eviscerate is 180 mL per bottle. Each pump of eviscerate equals 1 mL.

-If you put an entire bottle of clen into an entire bottle of eviserate that means
1 pump of the mixed solution has 33.3 mcg of clen per pump.

You should be able to fit an entire bottle of clen into a bottle eivscerate by pouring out just a tiny but of eviserate before pouring in the clen.

If you do it this way... start out with ONLY 1 PUMP PER APPLICATION until you know your tolerance! Remember, this stuff can take a while to fully kick in after application, so start with a lower dose."

I found a source for 200/mg per ml so I will roll with that. I think mines 60 ml though so half a bottle should do it.

2 clein 200mcg/ml 60ml
2 Toremifene 30mg/ml 30ml will probably low does this in pct 30mg ed...

I have 4 weeks of training figured up for cycle I will start off with a muscle saturation routine that I used when on EPI-Strong before but I haven't figured out what I will do for the last 4 weeks something that has the same kind of effect but different.

It is used on cycle as it helps solidify your gains along with a myriad of other things. DW has about the sickest stack ever, I really hope Doug convinces his wife to let him do a show in May, he will be SHREDDED and ready to destroy anyone in his path after his stack is ran through.

2 scoop protein

12pm 2 cans tuna

230pm 2 boiled eggs

330pm 1 Pear
12 grams BCAA's

430pm Workout 18 grams BCAA's

530pm 2 scoops protein with 12 grams BCAA's

7pm 6 oz of cooked chicken
1.5 cups rice
2 cups brocolli

9pm 2 scoop protein

Here's some pretty big ones, I hope to get down to about the same but bigger this time. I was 100% natural for this contest. Hadn't used anything in about 5 years and I only did some low dose Halodrol then... I will be a lot bigger with 2 cycles under my belt..
