Lol nah. IIFYM/flexible dieting doesn't give me a reason to eat crap/junk lol I still make smart choices w/food ;)

I was going gluten-free when I tried it out but it was so low cal I loaded the hell out of 4 of them for a meal and it was pretty good

nah they're "flat out" multigrain with flax sheets. I pick em up at Walmart

Update:

Recovery is definitely up. I'm not sore at all, so dermaSTRENGTH is doin somethin! Hopefully the steady climb in weights will continue and that'll be attributed to dermaSTRENGTH as well.

The cannibal alpha is doin it's thing, obviously from my last post update lol

It's a Filipino dessert! Beans, jello, fruit, shaved ice, ube ice cream, mango ice cream, and a little bit of rice crispy. I swear, I only had 3 bites! So yummmm!!!

The multi-grain wraps I buy at Aldi are actually better macros - 10 less cal & less carbs. Same protein, can't remember fat. But same fiber, protein, & lower cals (not that it makes a difference, but just showing that you can buy good stuff if you keep your eyes open).

Day 17- CNP cannibal alpha
Day 12- OL dermaSTRENGTH

*ok something is happening with the dermaSTRENGTH for sure. My strength keeps going up each workout, I'm sweating more than usual and I'm vascular as funk. IMO this would be better ran at 150-200mg, believe you would notice more benefits from this dosing. But, I'm VERY pleased with this run so far!

*cannibal alpha, I KNOW the TMG and fadogia are kicking. I've noticed acute effects from the TMG and the Fadogia has my boys mad big.

Like I said, this has got to be the SMOOTHEST transition from on cycle to PCT. I'm growing post show like crazy, getting bigger in all the right places ;) without adding fat.

Incline bench 115x10x10 (90 sec rest) *actually my lest rep of my last set I didn't get :( so next go around it'll be the same weight because I need to nail the rep count before I proceed with adding weight

Made of oat flour, egg white, fat free Greek yogurt, almond milk, baking powder and protein.

The glaze was 20g Greek yogurt + 10g cream cheese, splash of almond milk and 15g protein powder. Topped it off with 17g honey :)

*despite the surplus in calories I'm not gaining weight. Body composition is the same, endurance is better and strength is climbing. DermaSTRENGTH is still pumpin out the veinage, the alpha has my aggression up and alpha mind set.
