Yeah I think that goal may be a year off, probably less if I wasn't competing this spring. Heck I should already be over 10 lbs heavier on stage as is so I am not complaining at all. Thanks for the compliments.

Man to be honest they felt great! I think that exercise is perfect for DC because you can use momentum to get it up then bring it down nice and controlled the force it up again. It felt great! I have a really strong core from doing most everything standing so this was not a problem for me as far as core being a weak link.

After the Asteroid Stack I am finishing off the two bottles of TForce I picked up just before i got the stack. I may add some TestoPro or some bulk Divanil to this. Depends on funds. If I am pretty lean already we will see how far away I am from a 205 at 6%. Heck I would be pretty happy at 200 and 6% :D

Agreed the only thing we really have control over is the effort we cannot control sickness or injury. We do our best and hope for the best.

Well the football was horrible this year. All 3 games were boring blowouts. Now the food and 4 days is nice.:)

Even though I hate the Giants I must admit they have some young talent at WR. Manningham and Nicks are very good. It is a shame the Eli is a average QB at best.

He's not average, he's inconsistent. Yah the problems they're having right now is these guys are still very young. Next year your going to see a lot of improvments. Tom has to go as head coach, he's coaching scared and that means he's getting old. He's blown two close games by being too conservative.
 
Follow up.

Has been about a week and a half and I am still SWOLE, also as proof of the higher test levels causing acne, I am as clear as a sheet of glass complexion-wise. All the little pimples went bye bye as my test returned to normal. Libido is still high and the boys are still full. I just thought I would mention that.

I would stay by your computer and order ALL 8 of them at Midnight :pokey: :)

I would say they will have more but just in case the supply is limited to get them sooner rather than later.
 
The only problem with this sale is I don't have extra cash right now... I wonder if any of my daughters Christmas gifts are still returnable...
