Heavy arm session done -- still dropping weight and managed to increase in 4 of 6 exercises!
Haven't updated here recently. Monday chest and tris day, Tuesday back and bis. Wednesday legs and today some cardio outside the gym.

Back/Bi's completed. I tweaked my back the other day so I went really light. It actually felt like I got more accomplished vs. going heavy.
