High volume back session in the books to wrap up my volume week and increased weight or reps on all lifts!
Carbed up last night with Defuse + Slintensity + NaRALA (garlic shrimp for dinner followed by 2 big bowls -- nearly the whole box LOL -- of Special K Protein Cinnamon Brown Sugar Crunch cereal with vanilla CarbMaster milk and raisins on top) and still down 1.2 lbs on the scale this morning looking nice and full
btw, this is one of my new jams and I highly recommend it -- gets me amped up!
