High volume back session in the books to wrap up my volume week and increased weight or reps on all lifts!

Carbed up last night with Defuse + Slintensity + NaRALA (garlic shrimp for dinner followed by 2 big bowls -- nearly the whole box LOL -- of Special K Protein Cinnamon Brown Sugar Crunch cereal with vanilla CarbMaster milk and raisins on top) and still down 1.2 lbs on the scale this morning looking nice and full :)

btw, this is one of my new jams and I highly recommend it -- gets me amped up!

Legs here today as well. Had that nasty feeling like I was going to puke but didn't. Pain subsided for a little while afterwards and now it's back in full force. Hell yes.

Mid way through legs. Just finished squats. Now time for standing curls, extensions, and some lunges or hip sled!

Late checking in...but went to PiYo last night & then to the hospital to be with a friend during the birth of her baby!!! Hence, why I'm late checking in & only got 3 hrs of sleep.

Got up early and neck felt sore still but improved. Went about 70% on OHP and shrugs and managed to stay about 100% weight on my rear delt and side lateral work.

Then flag football right after and nabbed one TD in addition to winding up in 3 different collisions LOL
