A few heavy deadlifts in, and the back is not having it. Switching to leg day. But still gettin it done!
Totally spaced on checking in after this morning. Woke up feeling kind of sick and almost didn't go, but knew I didn't have time after work because of a banquet, so I went in and still banged out a high volume leg session. Something like 540 total working reps.
Got some nice hammy cramps in the office LOL
