Thoughts on KS and other

Got my workout on today! Missing doing the deadlifts but I was able to continue on the meadow rows where I left off before hurting my back. The sweat was pouring!

Appetite was off the charts today but I kept it controlled, I forgot to note that I took the suggestion and cals have been upped to 2800. Really feeling like a good spot for right now.

Today was a cool day. My work location today was roughly 100ft underground right next to the CN tower. The weather was horrible so the day got called early and I was able to get to the gym.

-Sleep is great
-muscle fullness is great!
-not feeling bloated at all
-got told yesterday I’m looking swole! Lol
-very happy with everything, I feel like I could have been even further ahead without the back injury but I’ll take it all!
 
Meadows rows are my sh*t!! Also getting told you look swole is like the holy grail of compliments lol
 
Yep meadows rows are my go to for back exercises. Always get a pump when I’m doing them.
 
Rest days are always needed. Enjoy brother

Yep I always say rest days are just as important as workout days. You need that break to recovery fully and come back and beat your numbers from last week.

Today was my moms bday so ended up deciding to make today another rest day after getting home from dinner late. I’ve been pushing hard so a little extra rest will do me some good!

Exactly. That’s why I take weekends off. I do a 5 day on, 2 day off split. Helps me with recovery and gives me a chance to spend time with family, etc

I’m going into a serious bulk next month so I’ll be above 2800 calories for sure

KS seems to be helping handle large meals and not feel bloated. I’ve had some days that I needed to have a pretty large meal late in the day to get up to my calories and my stomach handles it all very well

Ill probably be between 3500-4000. I’ll know an exact number of where I’m starting very soon. My bulks officially starting September 4th

Thoughts on KS

I’ve realized one sort of negative on KS but at the same time KS really isn’t too blame. It’s just my current life situation.

Anyways KS has been getting me into some deep sleeps and keeps me sleeping through the night. The negative comes that I have 3 young kids and 2 of them frequently come into bed and interrupt my sleep. When my sleep gets interrupted I’m extra groggy for the day.

Definitely. It helps with digestion/nutrients uptake BIG TIME. Raw material for growth gets processed efficiently rather than sitting there and rotting.

Weight this morning was 183.4 which is more what I expected.

What can I say, I’m feeling good!!! Feeling less and less pain in my back but I’m being very patient this time.

Sleep is DEEP! Actually having some crazy dreams the last couple nights

Muscle fullness is very enjoyable!

All meals big and small are being digested very easily with no issues at all.

The deep sleep is nice! I have always for as long as I can remember been a person who wakes up 1 to 2 times per night to empty the tank but KS has me sleeping right through even though when I wake up the tank is very full haha

That waking up to pee bs can really ruin your sleep if you can’t knock out again.

Had fire training tonight but still decided to hit the gym after for a quick one. I figured I had to! I went out last night to a WWE wrestling show, first time in sooo many years and I got a little drunk. Also first time in a long time.

They put on a decent show and most of the crowd really gets into it. Pretty sure some guys sitting behind us might still think it’s real!

Those guys that think its real crack me up lol i used to work with a guy who would get so worked up if i said anything about it being fake (which i did every time he said anything about it lol.) I cant watch it. Never been able to. I just literally cant enjoy watching it in the least. The over dramatization of everything, the smack talk, the fake fighting. I think its retarded, no offense intended toward you its just my opinion

Yea I used to be a wrestling fanatic but I lost love for it in my early teens and never looked back

Today became a rest day. I had lots of running around to do with the kids and just didn’t have that fire. I am do for a push workout and heavy for me bench.

Going to put in a longer than usual workout today!

Awesome! Chest day is my fav and typically longest unless I go hard on legs.
