I’m hoping so! I’m planning some modified workouts. Aiming to hit the gym tomorrow and do some stuff on benches or machines that I don’t have to really use my core.it will get better hopefully...last few workouts I was expecting to be sore the next day, not as sore as I expected---k1ngslayer???
It’s only been 2 days and mentally it’s killing me! I’m used to feeling invincible, working my butt off, picking up and moving whatever I want within reason of course. Today the wife and I were outside doing some planning for a front walkway and garden. I tried to be stubborn and carry some garden stones over well after 3 my brain finally kicked in and I had to just sit there while my wife moved them!
