I'm using UGL 220mg test/u x week for the last 8 month. Also 2x 0.5mg adex/w. THIS is the result:

Underdosed gear, well, that is why you have to do lab tests.
I asked about the low estro in the other thread. Did you know when your estrogen is low that it actually hampers fat loss. Lowering it if high helps with fat loss but if it is lower than optimal it slows it too. Kind of crazy...
Not only fat loss was stalled, couldn't get it up for weeks and was wondering why.

The upside to that underdosed gear is, I do now know, that 220mg Mexican test/u is my ideal TRT dosage, looking at labs.

Did them at the beginning of the workout, with "fresh arms". I'm not sure if its a good idea to go heavier, I'm a bit worried about my wrists.
We older guys have to be worried about everything, LOL.

Cant do regular BB bench press, due to shoulder trouble. As long as I keep elbows tugged in, it works.
Give it a try. Bar touches under nipples -and elbows not flared out, keep them in. Works for me.

Even though my LDL is in range, HDL is too low to start orals. Gonna wait a bit, taking cardarine daily to bring HDL up.

Be careful on pushing the weights up HGP, bump those reps up a bit higher with that weight before going up to give the cartilage in the knees time to adjust.

Not at all. My knew training is mostly body weight stuff but doing them they way they are described humbled me quite a bit and that is always a good thing!
Had to look it up.Bulgarian split squats are my humbling exercise. Even bw I find challenging for sets of 10. Great exercise though
