Okay, I got my lab test...

I'm using UGL 220mg test/u x week for the last 8 month. Also 2x 0.5mg adex/w. THIS is the result:

I asked about the low estro in the other thread. Did you know when your estrogen is low that it actually hampers fat loss. Lowering it if high helps with fat loss but if it is lower than optimal it slows it too. Kind of crazy...

Not only fat loss was stalled, couldn't get it up for weeks and was wondering why.

Don't buy this brand -or buy twice as planned, because its underdosed.
 
Gear from Mexico under dosed that could never happen, I quess you are just lucky it contains gear at all !!
 
Can't you just go to a pharmacy there and get legit gear, even if you don't have a script? I heard the price is way EXPENSIVE though.

Nah, not here. At least no test. Anavar, Proviron, Adex, Clomid and Cabergoline you get.
 
Here what I did now:

To get a decent cruise going, I mixed two esters in one ampule 50/50 (5ml test/u + 5ml test/e at supposed 250mg test/ml each). Now injecting twice a week 1ml of the the mixture.
If my calculations are right, that should be roughly 300mg-350mg ( a bit higher if the test/e is legit) of real test (instead of claimed 500mg).
No AI will be used for at least a week to get E2 up again. After two weeks I may use Proviron to control E2 and get free test up.

The upside to that underdosed gear is, I do now know, that 220mg Mexican test/u is my ideal TRT dosage, looking at labs.

I was thinking the same thing when you first posted the bloods. Then I realized what you goal was and that it missed the mark :).

Did them at the beginning of the workout, with "fresh arms". I'm not sure if its a good idea to go heavier, I'm a bit worried about my wrists.
We older guys have to be worried about everything, LOL.

My wrist are fine, they hurt my shoulders when I get heavy !!

Cant do regular BB bench press, due to shoulder trouble. As long as I keep elbows tugged in, it works.
Give it a try. Bar touches under nipples -and elbows not flared out, keep them in. Works for me.

When I first started lifting I had a cranky right shoulder so was drilled to keep elbows tucked, ever since I’ve religiously done that and my shoulders been sound, does limit weight slightly at first but ultimately I think makes you stronger. Sling shots are a great tool for drilling it in.....
 
I opened up my mind about my next cycle and decided to postpone it for one more week.
Even though my LDL is in range, HDL is too low to start orals. Gonna wait a bit, taking cardarine daily to bring HDL up.

The upcoming blast will be:

-T-bol: 0/0/0/0/80/80/80/80/80/80
-maybe Proviron at 50mg/d -but I doubt its necessary for libido. Last t-bol cycle gave me perma-boner.

-beta sistosterol + saw palmetto
-b-vitamins
-EFA
-tudca (starting week 5, more expensive than roids)

First 5 weeks cutting, then lean bulk attempt.

Last time at TRT + LGD I got lethargic and cut LGD after week 2, lets see how it goes with a bit more test.

Might want to try some DHEA in the mix too just to help with the hormone balance, that and some pregnenolone.

I was always taught Double Dipping was bad !!
 
Be careful on pushing the weights up HGP, bump those reps up a bit higher with that weight before going up to give the cartilage in the knees time to adjust.

Not at all. My knew training is mostly body weight stuff but doing them they way they are described humbled me quite a bit and that is always a good thing!

Bulgarian split squats are my humbling exercise. Even bw I find challenging for sets of 10. Great exercise though

Suggest doing them with no weight to get your balance and rhythm down. don't worry about people laughing at you when you first try them. I weeble and wobbled a few times. (But I didn't fall down) these is one of the best leg exercises for me. I never mention them because I thought they were my secret. Never see anyone do them any longer at my gym.
