Gym:
3x week full body, focus on stuff for rehab that I can't/like to do, like squats, bench press, cardio, abs
3x week Hydro Gym (yes, what old people do, gym in a pool)
Monday: Hydro Gym
Tuesday: Weights
Wednesday: Hydro Gym
Thursday:Weights
Friday: Hydro Gym
Saturday: Weights
Sunday: off
Diet:
Intermittent fasting less than 2000kcalxday
Roids and stuff:
Cruising
220mg test/u x week, 50mg proviron x day (2x25mg)
Have some T3 ordered, may implement it too.
