According to Jim Jefferies it is because their penises are to small to hang facing down into the toilet so if they don't do that they piss all over whatever is in front of them...

I'm not... there is not an issue with the size, it's above average but not BIG.

Works for me! I can hit the toilet with it and make my wife walk funny after so not complaining... Sure it would be cooler to have one that made me never want to wear pants but that's okay. I have an ass like a jack hammer!

220V , cables go direct into the shower head. You turn the water on -water gets hot but the light dims a bit. LOL!

I let my wife try it first. When I saw it was safe, I showered too. :)

When I come back, I'm hopefully leaner, here is what I'm doing:

Gym:
3x week full body, focus on stuff for rehab that I can't/like to do, like squats, bench press, cardio, abs
3x week Hydro Gym (yes, what old people do, gym in a pool)

Monday: Hydro Gym
Tuesday: Weights
Wednesday: Hydro Gym
Thursday:Weights
Friday: Hydro Gym
Saturday: Weights
Sunday: off

Diet:
Intermittent fasting less than 2000kcalxday

Roids and stuff:
Cruising
220mg test/u x week, 50mg proviron x day (2x25mg)

Have some T3 ordered, may implement it too.

I upped 5 lbs in total, holidays + vacations, not too bad, I think.

I am fat again. I've gained it and lost it and gained it again. Tsk tsk...I am a failure

Well, it's time for discipline and some good workouts!
I feel like failing too. My diet wasn't that clean. I couldn't get in optimal shape for my vacations. At least people around me asked me if I'm working out- and such -meaning: not all was for nothing.

About that "regaining part". I noted, I don't have it anymore. I just can't eat that much -and when I eat sweets, I can't eat much of it either. I'm truly happy about that! No more yo-yo for me. It's just over. The constant dieting and fasting somehow changed me.

Yes, this kind of makes sense. The fasting should help restore leptin sensitivity. I can't eat as much anymore either...but I can still eat more than I should. And over a year and a half I've gained back a bunch. Actually, I gained a large amount back early on and then stabilized...but now it is just creeping up.
 
Yeah, I had to cancel my gym membership for budget reasons and stopped working out at the park because of scheduling. Ate like a madman over the 3 holidays. Overall, I gained 20 pounds from my low (still 25 pounds lower than my high) and have dropped about 3 since the gain.

I plan to get back into jogging a couple of miles 2 or 3 days a week and get some basic bodyweight exercises in on the other day. Also, impoving my eating -- though I'm not yet at the point of eating clean.

I have not given up, though. I'll get serious soon.

Just move your lazy azz! I even go to Hydro Gym with old people (knowing very well that it's the world best fat loss exercise in existence, because water absorbs your body heat, you burn way more calories that way). I figured, that once I reached my goal (some visible abs, about 15% BF) I should be able to hold it.

Sticking around at AM shows that you are not done yet. Keep fighting. It may come the moment when you realize, that you are eating way cleaner -and less than before, without even trying. Happened to me now....but, well...after almost 3 years of struggle.
