This is how lazy SFreed does them. I do a full push up, nipples touching floor -then the extension.

But, if you can't do push ups due to fugged up shoulders, it may be okay that way. Also look at the second exercise, forearm push ups.

Been doing forearm push ups for about 2 years. Need to start doing them again.

Next update pics will show some changes. Weight still at 211.5lbs -but I look dryer in the mirror, if that makes sense.

Ostarine is over. I decided to lower Test/u to 175mg/w and pin NPP at 100mg eod. Telmisartan 80mg/day for enhanced fat loss and lowering BP.

After taking 1mg adex, libido got up again. Sources say that NPP only converts to estrogen at 20%, compared to test. I doubt it. For me it converts at least at 50%. May have to do with my higher BF%.
Starting to implement Cardarine next week at 20mg/day. Will be interesting if Telmisartan and Cardarine has some synergy, both are similar in action when it comes to lipolysis.
 
Preparing for gym, everything hurts, will make it a "pump-blood flow-day" for recovery.

Went to the gym with doms -came out without doms.

Way too much exercises to count, no exercise to failure, stopped right when I felt the burn. Awesome feeling! I'm soaked and doms free.

You don't look smaller in pics, you look more muscular.

Of course you ARE smaller but you are 5-10 lbs away from the point of "Oh Damn, I look fugging GOOD!!!" Then if you don't look as big in your clothes you by a smaller size and look like a stud!!!

So I must look scrawny! Lol

My youngest daughter wants to be a physical therapist! maybe she can help out her old man.
Nice thing is that the 3 of the schools that are recruiting her have Pre-physical therapist schools. Plus the University of Oklahoma's physical therapist school is about a 15 min. drive from the house. assuming she would get admitted. Told her that would really keep her student loans down.
My son is studying Physiotherapy/Kinesiology right now, LOL. I just have to wait, in a few years he will fix me up for free. :)
My little sis (by 11yrs) is also studying same as hgp's son and I can't wait for any freebies. Hell, i, happy to pay if my lil sis is gonna be helping me.

Time for us to get healthy for the long run! I don't want to be an aching old man. Already an aching man.

Today is day 73.
Started: 230lbs
Now: 209.5lbs

I realize that progress is slow, but I did not lose strength -or muscles yet. Still eating only 1 meal x day.
Monday starts Cardarine. I suspect that it works synergistic with Telmisartan and should, in theory, give me a "metabolic boost'.
