Just a reminder... in your own words EVERY TIME YOU GO OVER 250mg of testosterone you have problems. Thins are just now leveling out and going well for you. Stick to the plan leave that Test dose where it is. Don't sabotage your situation doing something you know doesn't end well for you. Add a different compound, or something if you know higher test does not agree with you.

Just my honest opinion brother. I know you want to toss more on the fire to get things going but sometimes increasing the burn just means you run out of gas faster. I think you are doing well right now and would like to see you stick with it until it is no longer working. Not try and tweak it as soon as you start seeing results.

I also know that when my total test gets above 1k I actually feel more lethargic than when I keep it in the 600's, which I get from my 100 mg/wk TRT dose.

Believe it or not a lot of people feel better under 1000ng, too many negative feedback loops start getting triggered once you go above your personal upper normal levels.

...would have been an off day -but I was hungry: "No train -no meal", remember?
Did a bit of everything -nothing to failure. Just enough to pump blood through my putrid body.
15min cardio, heart rate 150-160.

Meal is on the stove, chicken hearts again, with white rice. Have to split the meal with my son, when he comes home, I don't like that idea.

What dose are you running now of test?
I'm just about dialed in with my TRT dose and have dropped to only 40mg twice a week as of now. Even 100mg total a week was too much; had my levels above 1000 and gave me weird sides like my heart rate increasing only at night 10-25 points with palpitations and elevated BP. No AI at all anymore either.

Interesting note on this: when I weighed 250, I needed 140mg per week to get above 1000 blood levels. Now at 214, i don't need nearly as much to get blood levels that high.

I'm now at Test-e 250mg/w (2x125 x w) + 20mg Ostarine/day / Adex 0.5mg e3d

Interesting note on this: when I weighed 250, I needed 140mg per week to get above 1000 blood levels. Now at 214, i don't need nearly as much to get blood levels that high.

That is to be expected. Higher BF% = higher Test to estrogen conversion. When going on TRT, I stick around 175mg/w. Never had blood tested and TRT is sef-prescribed.

Very Crazyyy lol , am just concerning about your immune system, not too much greens on your meal, and zero vitamins in your supplementation, 1000 mg vitamin C , B complex, magnesium, (are you using those extras)... i mean, could one meal 5 times per week be enough to train that hard and keep you healthy?

I have some green salad on the side with each meal, didn't mention it, some mineral pills and Vit-C too.
Diet was altered some days ago. Now I have 1 smaller meal on off days, mainly a piece of meat (with some broccoli, or greens), also intra workout Karbolyn to give energy.

Today I decided to eat throughout the day and take off from training. It will be easy digestible stuff, like yogurt, bananas, tomatoes and some garlic-chicken. I just felt I needed it badly.

Basically, the diet changed to an ultra-hard intermittent fasting, with occasionally refeed. Progress pics on Saturday.

hairygrandpa don't need no stinking greens!! Or vitamins, or food for that matter. We're all here just to watch him suffer. And to post questionable meme's.
