NTNM - Diet , my un-scientific approach to leanness

I gained a few pounds on vacation. With renewed energy and dedication, I will this time stick to my diet.

Its a combination of intermittent fasting and complete fasting.
I call it:

NTNM - "No train-no meal."TM

-One meal on training days, no meal on off days.
-Only time a meal is allowed is after training.
-Meal has to stay under 2000 kcal.
-Meal has to be consumed in a 2 hour window after training.
-Macross: 65%Prot/20%Fat/15%Carbs
-Off days = water/ black coffee only.

Stay tuned for before/after pics!

Edit:
Diet switched to: 1 meal a day, ALSO on off days. No carbs on off days.
Calories on on days 2000-2800kcal, depending on perceived workout quality.
Calories on off days: 2000kcal max, mainly meat and veggies

And if memory serves me, the last time you failed we were rewarded with tub pics. Any chance of a repeat?

This is like driving by a really bad accident on the highway. You try to keep driving.. but you just. Gotta. Watch.

At first I thought this was a bad idea. By the end, I realized it is an, um, interesting idea. Now go prove it is a good idea!

Definitely looks interesting..I am in.

What time of the day do you train and what would be the split?

Woo! In!

Good to see you back. How's things been going?

Good man. Busy AF with the kiddos... baby is crawling and getting into everything.

I'm also looking at starting my own youth program in Montana... got some sh1t in the works

Ohhh heyyyyyy!

:afro:

In for shower caps; thick women; derailing begins in T - minus - now.

Cool. I can finally say I made the list. Thanks sfreed

Full body workouts, high volume, moderate weights, 3-5 times a week.
Will post some workouts later on.

I would HIGHLY recommend you add Iron Legion Invictus to this protocol. Cortisol is bound to sky rocket in no time!

Thank you all for subscribing, now I have no choice but to deliver results.

I'm sitting at 230lbs. My goal is 200lbs.

Good idea -but this time I'll go with as less as possible supplements.
Cruise dose of Test and some Ostarine has to do the trick. No Creatine, Whey -or BCAA's. Diet and training is key, lets focus on that and save money! :)

I'm pretty confident this hairy ape will survive, LOL! My guess is, workout intensity and volume will suffer -and the toilet will get clogged due to fire- extinguisher-sized dumps, caused by constipation.

Add in some topical Formestane and you're set! Help with estro from test and can be used for a sort of spot reduction sort of. I love it for lower abdominal fat myself.

Apparently BCAAs are not good for dieting from my recent research. So are you saving money but possibly saving yourself from undesirable results.

I don't know how everyone on this forum fasts or intermittent fasts without being in ketosis! I messed up ketosis this past week by overeating protein and peanut butter, and trying to fast just for my normal 18 hours was horrible. I was miserable. But if you can do it, more power to you!
After vacation to Florida starting tomorrow, I'll be implementing keto with extended fasts similar to what your doing, but just a little different.

In - even though I'm not on the HG Fan Club list!

Sweet. I'm in on this!

I figured if I impose a fixed rule to the diet, its easier to follow it -and if I am REALLY hungry, I have to go to the gym first, no matter what. :)
Reminds me of a stone age hunter. You hunt - you eat, you rest - you fast.
Also, you don't need to weight your food -or count every atom in it. Even if the meal is huge, you should lose weight anyway.

Nope. This time I keep it simple. I always took too much crap -and when I finally felt ill, I didn't know what caused it. By the way, until Formestane arrives at my home in bananaland, the diet is over. :) At 250mg test/w I don't expect much estro sides, have adex and exem on hand, one never knows.

Oh, did not know that. I cut BCAA's and Whey out, because they have flavors -or if they don't (Bulk bags) I mixed them with some fruit juice, this stimulates my appetite.

You at 6'0"/175lbs have nothing to worry anyway :) With 5'8"/230lbs I'm too short for my weight, LOL
