My strength is up yet again, +10lbs on my curl bar.

Its like the m-drol did something to me and its never going away, massive pump on me too.
Is it possible it woke something up in me?

That's what hard training will do for you nothingman. Keep it up. If you hadn't worked out for a long time before now expect some good gains naturally with the right diet.

I have worked out for a long time, not very focused, and my eating has always sucked. I think my eating has alot to do with this also man your right.

Im getting way stronger. By the week it seems.
 
that's good that you keep on gaining. Diet is like 80% of it and your diet has improved a lot.

Hey Unreal youare a chemist right?

Might be a stupid question, but why dont people just take test boosters while on cycle? Keep natural test and the steroids in your system? I have a couple guesses as to why this wouldnt work but I'll spare the typing.

Your pituitary gland gets shut down about 1.5-2 weeks into your cycle so it no longer sends the signal to your testicals to produce testosterone.

Think of it like this.
If the car factory isn't getting power can it still make the cars.

What about a pilse? Early morning workout and dose, keeping it away from night time so to help stop suppression.

Heres the problemb, my workout schedule is 3 days in a row, I would have to split it into every other day so I pulse 3 times a week but not back to back days?

Just brain storming here guys, I know you will probly tell me to do the h-drol instead but I would like to try this pulse method to avoid suppression.

On off days of a pulse would small dosees of nolva do the trick?

DONT use nolva on cycle with superdrol, there's really no need. A pulse will basically make your body more anabolic when you need it the most, during your workouts and recovery. Try a 3 day split

Mon

Wed

Friday

There was an outline that Unreal had given me before I started my cycle but I have cleared out my pm box since then. So maybe when he's on here he can chime in.

I'd say straight up 20mg every other day working with a 3 day split

day 1- chest/tris/shoulders
day 2- back, bis, traps
day 3- legs, core work


Only problem I noticed with sticking to a 3 day split on cycle is that I felt recovery faster than hell and was doing a 3 day split x 2 a week. I was 6 days on 1 day off. And I saw great results without overtraining by switching up my routine on the 2nd day of the same body part. For example in one week I'd do leg press and other leg work while the other leg day I'd do squats. See?

I think if you had sides from the Superdrol you can eliminate some by pulsing and keep your dose higher. You can also run your cycle for 4 weeks straight and see pretty good gains. I think I would go natty for a while if I were you and bust ass with diet and routine and when you really feel like you're tearing it up on your own, then go for another cycle
 
best way to pulse is Monday Wednesday Friday if you can train on those days. Or Tues/Thurs/Sat. Whatever has that 3 day split.

Would he be able to pulse every other day? such as

mon/wed/fri/SUN-off/Tues/thu/sat/mon/wed/fri

And train on mwf one week and t thur sat the next week? Im just asking in general
 
yeah that would work. Nothingman would probably be good on 20mg of SD if he does EOD. 10 prewo and 10 post. It's a big kick up for the workouts but the sides should be fine. I noticed pulsing SD at just 10, but all it really added was better pumps and endurance to my workouts... 20 will be far better. I want to try pulsing SD again some time, I'll do 30 ;).
 
Just an FYI just because you are pulsing doesn't mean you won't get shutdown.

I did a 5 week pulse and was just as shut down as when I did a 3 week run it just took a little longer for it to happen. PCT was a breeze though.

Hell on any anabolic compound I would be expecting shutdown. No matter how I dosed or the length of cycle. But if I ever run Superdrol again (very large possibility) I may try it solo for a 30mg pulse.
 
Pulsing doesn't stop shutdown it just minimizes it. The minimization can be better or worse depending on what you're taking, how much you take it, and when you take it.

30mg of SD in the evenings is going to be FAR more suppressive then 20 in the morning, IMO.

I pulsed Epi for 8 weeks just MWF and I really felt the suppression was negligible. Epi is weak though and mostly i just did 40mg but like i said, suppression was very hard to notice. TMI warning: i could feel my balls tighten up on the days when I dosed it, and the next morning they'd rebound back to normal. Instead of growing smaller as the days went on, they just kinda cycled back and forth and stayed the same size. Size isn't everything, but i've felt shutdown before, so I know what it feels like, and I really didn't notice much.
 
Speaking of shut down, the clomid and nolva is already working it's magic. Bro, it's like I respond very well to everything LOL. (knock on wood). I got my hunger back check out my log lol.. In fact im gonna go warm up some pot roast I made the other night. LOL

thanks for all the feed back. Yeah the shutdown part is what Im trying to avoid most of. I know there will be some but I'm hoping to keep it minimal. I just for some reason feel better pulsing sd then running h-drol 100%.

And yeah SC the Clomid and Nolva works great man.
Oh yeah Im going to keep it natural for a while thats for sure. I feel like a new me since this experience. My next cycle wont be until like mid winter. But at the same time I feel like I have found the fountain of youth and want to slug from it lol.

Next time I will stick out the nut pain. So odd that only one nut hurt isnt it? But it was definitly what you guys said because then it stopped and started to hurt again when I got turned back on.

So now I feel I know my body pretty good and hopefully wont panic next time lol.


My concern with pulsing is this, whats stops me from getting gyno on my off days? And I wouldnt dose over 20mg you are very right about that!


Thanks again guys. I fukin feel great btw, energized, leaning down like crazy and staying at 175lb on the gym scale. I basicly put on 10 lbs or so and kept it. And my gut is waaayyy smaller. Its crazy stuff!
 
the test rebound and subsequent estrogen rebound on off days shouldn't be enough to cause gyno but it is possible... Read Dr. D's pulsing thread. Most protocols call for something like an AI on off days, though personally i've never bothered and never gotten gyno (which I am very susceptible to btw)

Yeap I read that, its linked in your superdrol guide. I was actually oriiginally tossing around the idea of doing a pulse or a low dose cycle, then I just went for broke instead.

I figure I'll keep the doses low so its kind of like a REALY FUKIN GOOD pre workout sup lol. I'm thinking November because I have nothing going on then.

Right now just hoping the kids go to sleep so I can jump my wife.

Whats up with my testi's hurting after sex last night then today most of the day? My labido is fine, I had a long ass session on my wife. (I have been really tired burning the canlde at both ends as well) Hoping that this isnt more signs of shutdown rather turning back on?
 
i think i have mentioned, i get that feeling in my testes whether they are shrinking, or growing. I take it as a sign that they are changing size. Think of it as growing pains, lol. If you are on clomid and nolva, there's no way that you're not recovering.

Yeah maybe my clomi is dosed to low, im down to 50mg but its more like 2/3 that from the liquid stuff I think. I should dose it up to an exact 50mg maybe. I lowered my doese because I was laughing hysterically in class one night AT NOTHING!

Literally just laughing at something I though of and I couldnt stop, ...could not stop laughing, everyone was staring at me, I thought the teacher was gonna boot me. It went on and off all night. WTF was that!

Anyway not much pain today. A little towards the end of the day.
I should raise my clomi dose for the duration I guess. Also the pain yesterday seemed to come after I took my second dose of EST TEST DRIVE,,, that **** has been kicking in for me great this week except for that nut pain ****. Maybe its turning them back on who the **** knows lol.

its all in your mind. I have gotten very little mental effects from steroids.

The only mental effect, confidence/aggression/"dont **** with me" comes from when I'm feeling big, strong, and killing **** in the gym. I can get that off cycle. That's why I love lifting weights, cycling or not.
 
I have to agree with unreal on this one; I think it is all in your mind. You're taking a med that "may" cause some of these emotional swings. Don't try to attribute every positive or negative outcome to the chems. Who knows you may have laughed at that crap anyway? Just take your pct and forget about it, train, eat, rest, and go on with life as usual. Don't dwell on this other crap; it causes too much mental clutter and will just mess you up. Be cool
 
Yeap total mental clutter. Only that day the rest of my days have been pretty good. Im not getting any rest though. Work to school to bed to work to school to bed. It sucks I need try and squeeze the gym in tomorrow, this weekend warrior sbhit isnt making me happy.

I may have been overtired that day also.
 
Something you may want to try. If you don't have'em invest in some home weights. That way when you are stuck in a period where getting to the gym just isn't possible go down to the basement and get a workout in. In fact you can plan it in your routine. Deads, chins, cleans, rows. That right there is a solid workout and you can go heavy as you want cause you don't need a spotter! Not only that it just keeps things fresh.

Man this is such a solid idea, I had a full set in my garage until we lost that house to the bank last year and I could only take what would fit in our other garage (I have a multi family also). I HAD TO LEAVE MY WEIGHTS :( :( :(

Yo...forgot what day it is in pct, almost week 3 anyway. Ok I hit the gym hard last night, It was sick, nice squates press's etc etc, but my nuts started hurting again last night before bed and woke up like this.

Its really not a bad pain more of a the dull ache you guys explained. Is it possible that my workout caused my body to demand more test and my balls cant handle it so they are hurting? Or is this just part of a long recov

ery side effect?

Sleep has been about 6 -7 hours a night do to school. I am not getting enough rest, I'm sure this aint helping.

you're probably still recovering test levels... if you're doing this good in PCT then your test is probably getting high. With clomid you should notice your nuts get bigger than normal ;)

Lol yeah I never noticed any shrinkage from the start of this entire thing, but I did notice at one point my balls were bigger than normal.

But yet again today, ball aches :( Its not that painful just weighing on my nerves.

I was wondering if the Nolva Clomid and Otc Test booster is too much for my system to handle? Maybe drop the otc? 2 weeks to go in any event so we w'll see when I get my blood drawn.

Also I wanna say, when I get the chance I would like to try that est test drive soslo, the **** kicked in good week2 of it, it makes me tingle and pump bout an hour after I take it

So my paranoia led me to reading about it heres one thing I found some guy complaining about the same thing and the answer was, I guess the guys pain was going on for years lol.

Think about it they are steroids and one of the main things they do is reduce inflammation. You are more likely to incur injury while on because of increased muscular strength but not necessarily increased soft tissue and bone strength. Those take much longer to strengthen. Anyway once you are "off" then an injury can become real apparent.

My wife is office manager at a general surgeons office, he makes most of his money doing hernia's, she said that guys commonly complain of all the things Im complaining of. She said he would say, no exercise for 10 days and take Ibuprofen for swelling. If it goes passed that then surgery.
I might still go to the gym and see what happens but probly bad idea. Maybe just I'll take it real easy, I do usually push so hard my eyes are gonna pop out, it doesnt surprise me that this is turning out to be an injury. I just cant believe my ****in luck.

I don't have health insurance, so Im afraid to go to the gym and make this worse, Im stuck waiting so not to cause need for surgery. The more time goes on the more it feels like a strain or a tear or something in my lower abdomen just above my testes on the left side.
What a bummer, of course my wife says " I've been warning you for years to take it easier in there"

Maybe I take her advice until I get insurance :( :(

If it is an inguinal hernia he'll be able to feel it real quick. Also he can put ypu through some movements to maybe rule out pulled groin muscle. Worth a shot to ask if you really believe this may be an injury and not just the natural way of things with coming off cycle.

Yeah she said same thing, but I'm gonna give it a week, he just looked at a nail hole in my foot a couple weeks ago lol.

Nut pain persists, Not as bad on days that I dont workout.

K Question for you guys,

I need to go to the doctor for this nut pain, its definitly some sort of strain/pull/hernia. As it hurts like a bastard when I do work.

I need to know some things

How long does pct need before it is out of my system? I used Clomid and Nolva.

Also is there any way they can detect the SD with the blood tests 5 weeks after I stopped it? I dont think this is possible Im just checking.

I need to make sure if anything ****ed up is going on the doctors dont catch on to me doing roids. This wouldnt be good for future health insurances or life insurances Im sure.

So is there anything I should be stealthy about? If this turns out to be an inflamed organ (which is possible) I could just say I take ALOT of tylenol lol.

Ok thanks for the info again guys.The minute my system is clear of ilegal hormones I wanna get this **** checked out, although the pain is bad, its hurts more that I am afraid to go to the gym and make it worse I NEED TO GET BACK IN THE GYM :( :( :(

Pain is finnaly leaving my testicle today, it is more in my inner groin to upper thigh. Even some of my pelvis. Im starting to believe it was a strain/tear/or pull. I'm so ****in happy today lol. The first day I have had in weeks that my left testicle fidnt hurt all day.
Funny I'm such an idiot that I thought it was shut down doing this lol. I havent been to the gym in a week. that seems to be doing the trick.
I cant stand it, but I'm going to have to go easy on squats when Iget back, maybe just machines for a while, but upper is ****ing DOOMED when I get back in there. Im going to go to town on it.
 
Just concluding my log. I took a full 4 weeks off from the gym. The strain has been gone and to get me back into it I did a 3 week pulse which went great. I felt I had sufficient time off from my last cycle. Now that I know shutdown isnt actually that painful I'm not afraid of the Superdrol anymore ahaha.
I pulsed 30 mg's 3 times a week for 2 weeks then then 40 mgs the last week. Pulsing is ****in great, I felt great no sides, got massive pumps and kept the muscle I put on. My wife is amazed at how much bigger I got ahahah (I didnt tell her I was finishing my bottle of M)
I think I'll wait until November and do some Beastdrol Pulsing.

damn bro its been a minute glad the pulse went well and the wife's happy! cant complain about that. but since you had 2 short runs with mdrol, you should definitely get your blood taken ;) jmo of course

Yeap blood test tomorrow. I would have today but I didnt fast this morning.

I'll get up and go in on an empty stomach for it. Dr is checking my test too.
